Hi Tiffany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Nine years ago, I was mentally, physically, and financially drained, working 12-hour shifts and 60+ hours a week while trying to balance family and life. I knew I didn’t want to spend my life just surviving, so in 2016 I made the decision to build something of my own.

As a corporate woman, I struggled to find hair extensions that looked natural, protected my real hair, and actually lasted. After wasting money on low-quality hair, I began researching and testing vendors to find authentic raw hair that met true luxury standards. That process led to the creation of Luxury Hair Silhouette.

What began as late nights and sacrifices turned into Luxury Hair Silhouette, a 5 star brand built with intention, care, and a deep understanding of busy, ambitious women. Today, I’m proud to offer a luxury hair experience rooted in quality, longevity, and confidence because you deserve hair that supports your lifestyle, not complicates it.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the hardest parts was having little support from family and growing up thinking a 9–5 and retirement was the only “safe” path. Also choosing entrepreneurship meant stepping into something unfamiliar, something that wasn’t widely accepted, and doing it mostly without encouragement.
I started with no roadmap, no guide, just figuring things out on my own through trial, error, and a lot of late nights. Building while learning was tough, but it taught me resilience, discipline, and confidence in my own decisions.
Now, I’m in a season of growth. Investing in mentorship has completely changed how I run my business and opened my vision in ways I didn’t think were possible. Having guidance and support has been a game changer, proving that you don’t have to do it all alone to build something powerful.

I run Luxury Hair Silhouette, where I specialize in high-quality, authentic raw hair extensions that look natural, protect your real hair, and last through multiple installs. I’m known for offering hair that busy, ambitious women can trust hair that blends beautifully, feels luxurious, saves time and money in the long run.

What I’m most proud of is building a brand that solves the exact problems I faced which is extensions that shed, tangle, or don’t last and creating a luxury experience that makes women feel confident and effortlessly gorgeous every day.

What sets me apart is my hands-on approach. I personally test all vendors, inspect and wash every bundle, and only offer products I wear myself. I don’t just sell hair, I provide a curated, ethical, and intentional experience for women who want quality, longevity, and a hair routine that actually works for their lifestyle.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is being able to provide for my family and show my daughters that they are capable of building something of their own. I want them to see that with hard work, vision, and persistence, they can create the life they want and that nothing is out of reach. 💕
