Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Konadu

Paul, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have a passion to see people set free and living in their God-given purpose. This led to the founding on Impact Glo, an organization and brand that empowers and encourages people to make an Impact wherever they are with their gifts and talents as they spread the love of God. Despite difficulties growing up, finding the Lord at a young age instilled in me a sense of purpose and value which I desire to share with the world. If others can also realize how valuable they are, they will be empowered to empower and encourage others; that who they are and what they have been given is enough to touch the lives of others and lift others up in their seasons of distress and calamity.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been the smoothest road. To be more impactful, you need RESOURCES. But one thing I have learned which has empowered me even more to make a difference is to be resourceful. There is so much available to you if you will use what you currently have. Today there is a plethora of information on the web and skills can be easily acquired if you are willing to put in the work and learn. Sometimes I have to be the graphic designer, web developer, sales and marketing personnel, director, manager, etc. for my business. I find myself wearing multiple hats and having to learn new skills in order to push my business to greater heights. It’s a fun adventure, although a difficult one. Despite the limited resources, having to do a bit of everything allows me to understand the business even more and be a better leader when others are inserted into various roles. Because I have experience with almost every aspect of the business, as I hire others to work for the business they appreciate my leadership and guidance and ability to answer all their questions.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
ImpactGlo (https://impactglo.etsy.com) is a brand with a vision to inspire, encourage, and communicate truth in love that makes an impact in people’s lives. It’s a faith based brand that flows out of the desire to see lives changed for a higher purpose. Through our apparel, people find meaning and purpose and are inspired to be a blessing to others while they live their authentic true selves. There is a sense of empowerment that people feel when they wear our clothing. And as they feel empowered, they are inspired to also empower others.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Artificial intelligence will change the landscape of this business. In fact, AI will make it easier to predict trends, create more designs much faster, and scale my business. I see it even now. Designs that would have taken me hours and sometimes days to create can easily be created in half the time using AI. Through AI, it is becoming easier to have more data on what our customers and how to best serve them. We pride ourselves in providing quality and a personal feel for our customers. With the inclusion of AI into my brand, we are doing exactly that and even better!
