Hi Marisol, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hello
we started in the heart of Los Angeles near Vernon and Alameda Street. We started a small pop-up shop, selling strawberries and cream and a cup. From selling strawberries we also sold street hotdogs. It all started when the Pulido family wanted to start the American dream by opening up their own business. Also naming it after their first child which was Marisol.
The legend swap me of Alameda swap me was a very busy and entertaining shopping center with affordable goods!
The Palito family started from selling strawberries and cream to selling Mexican antojitos that everyone would love!
Bionicos Marisol has been making the best cream for Bionicos in all Southern California’
Bionicos and strawberries and cream are Customer‘s favorite because our cream is a family recipe that the Pulido family invented in the early 90s. The special cream was invented in an apartment garage with two Hispanic parents that wanted to start their entrepreneur journey !!!
Now, we have a food truck and we’re all able to go to a city near you!

Our location is inside the Alameda Swap Meet, 4501 S. Alameda Swap meet in Los Angeles, California
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We had a lot of struggles from losing several businesses. We used to have about five locations in different cities. But due to the economic cost and inflations prices. Now we only have one and that’s in the heart of Los Angeles California.
But the good thing is that we now have a food truck, and we are able to travel to a City near you.

We specialize on our family recipe, creamy and thick Biónico cream! A fresh batch of cream are made every single day!
