Today we’d like to introduce you to LeShawn Taylor.

Hi LeShawn, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
So HAREI is a extended branch to LMT INC. It mainly focuses on hair health and scalp health to basically educate the user on small things they could change in their routine that would make a big difference. Our main focus overall with all of our companies is to make everyone that comes across us feel their best, but not only that but to leave with something whether it’s a piece of knowledge or good vibes from the aesthetic and even inspiration for their next hair phase or journey.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I would for sure say an obstacle i have is getting out of my own head. I can literally spend the whole day up there but being in there to much can become detrimental. I start to think things that possibly aren’t true and it can lead me to take time off from doing the things i enjoy like running my business and modeling. I feel like when i’m not truly focused on my craft then i’m not performing at my true potential and putting my best foot forward. It’s definitely a goal for 2026 to quiet the noise and lock in. I owe that to myself.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As a model i have to admit that i have multiple interest. My brands started from me wanting to do everything in this limited time i have and it just so happens that they can all be bundled together and become a force in the industry. Building a brand and business that can grow overtime and sustain is growth is my ultimate business goal for my pages and future companies, my missions on the other hand is to make everyone feel as seen as possibly can be, solve as many cosmetic issues, but most importantly spread love in a world that judges you off of your appearances especially while I work in a industry where your looks are the focal point.

Any big plans?
For me, i’m excited to branch out into the world of tech and public speaking to start podcasting. I feel as though i have so much to say, i give good advice and on top of that there’s so many issues and things that are going on in the world I feel as though the situation deserves eyes on. I feel like it’ll be a fun, expressive and creative way for me to be occupied and get my groove back especially since i’m entering the 23 club soon. I feel like why not just take chances and live, it’s what makes me happy and for 2026 it’s the year of focusing on me, my brands, new adventures, and good people. I for sure want to get back to posted a lot more on instagram and just my business pages as a whole so that’s definitely on the bucket list.
