Life & Work with Joseph & Christine Rogan

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joseph & Christine Rogan. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Joseph is from Orange County while Christine was originally from Los Angeles County. Real Estate has always been an industry of passion for us. So much that we felt strongly, we needed to educate others in and help families achieve home ownership. Joseph has always had the mind for entrepreneurship. Alongside real estate, he works for his own corporation in the Commercial Construction Industry. Interested in Property investments and design he received his RE License and him and his wife Christine who also held her residential real estate license, established their team “ The Rogan Group”. Christine came from the background of high-end event planning and design. While she loved doing weddings she still always worked residential real estate as planning a wedding and buying a home went hand in hand. She established great relationships with her clients and with those skills it has made her a very personable and a relatable agent. Joseph who is educated in the Construction side of buildings brings many skills to the table with his great client service and his knowledge of architecture and design. Taking part of many buildings in LA being built from the ground up. Fast Forward to 2022, The Rogan’s established their Team and also had their first baby at the end of 2021. They have always prioritized their relationship and worked as a team no matter the hardship. They always overcome challenges together because together, they are stronger. Their focus is Faith, Family, and Real Estate. They want every client to feel like they are family. They focus on all markets from vacation homes, single-family homes, investment properties to luxury markets. They are in the area of Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego, and Los Angeles and love what they do and are so grateful for where their paths have led them today.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it’s definitely not been smooth, the life of entrepreneurship is never smooth or easy! There’s been struggles of course, letdowns, etc. but we don’t give up. Life goes on whether you’d like to give up on a goal or not. You have to push yourself through to get to where you’d like to be, Your mindset is everything! We’ve learned that life is too short and precious that it is so easy to take advantage of your day-to-day, each and every day we are grateful. Life is a blessing and it’s way too short to sweat the small stuff!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Husband and Wife Real Estate Team, we specialize in residential real estate but really have a passion for luxury homes. Joe loves architecture. He’s been creative since he was young, he’s always had his eyes on entrepreneurship at a young age! We specialize in luxury home sales, first-time home buyers, selling, and investments! We love to help and if people are not ready to buy now we set them up with a plan in place to move forward and get them closer to obtaining home ownership or their first investment. When it comes to sales, we have customized marketing plans which includes photography, videography, drone, and a social media marketing package.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
In our spare time, we like to go on tours of homes just to see the different designs and what’s on the market.
