Life & Work with Holly Lindblom of Pomona

Today we’d like to introduce you to Holly Lindblom.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Holly from Holly’s haunts. I have been doing this my whole life. I am into houses with the past. Preferably haunted houses from the 1800s. I have been drawn to these Victorian mansions my whole life. As a young child, I was always drawn to ghost stories. I was the one out of all my friends to find a “haunted house” And as an adult, I’m more curious than ever to keep searching for the truth! I have been to over 500 haunted locations.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road for me. Especially now. Finding the time and the funds to hit the road seeking out these places. I’ve been to over 500 haunted locations across the United States. On my own dime. My own effort and a sheer will in search of haunted homes.

I do this, because its my passion.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am very proud to do these online interviews. I think it is so amazing to be asked what it takes and what sets me apart. The truth is, what sets me apart. The fact that I have my integrity, and that I always find out the facts and what really happened behind the scenes in these houses. Don’t get me wrong. I love the folk lore but I really try to emphasize the facts and who actually passed away in the homes and what really happened.. I also like to put on my roller. Skates with my ghost sheet and skate through cemeteries. That’s what really sets me apart. Besides, on several occasions being asked to practically lie and I never have, and I will never sensationalize any of these homes or the reputations.

How do you think about luck?
I always say I’m not lucky I’m blessed!
