Hi Dwayne, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have always been a person that would encourage people.So it is not really surprising that I write books and have videos that encourage people.It was basically a decision to jump on in and start writing and posting videos.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been easy. getting audiences to know who I was.Also dealing with the financial struggle of it all and dealing the fact that my wife had a pretty bad stroke. Making the decision that since life does not stop happening because you have a dream, so I could not stop dreaming because life happens.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I push people through my books,EncourageMINT videos and speaking.
I write and speak to let people know they CAN accomplish great things.What I believe sets me apart is that I strive to be practical. Not just getting you excited,saying you can do it but getting you equipped so you will know how to do it.
