Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Salva Keynezhad of Woodland Hills

Salva Keynezhad shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Salva, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Hi! Thanks so much for having me again! it’s truly a pleasure.
Now, back to your question: what’s most important to me? Integrity, for sure. Intelligence and energy are wonderful, but without integrity they don’t go very far. Integrity is what makes people trust you, and trust is everything in both work and life. I’ve seen that when you show up with honesty and fairness, the right people and opportunities naturally find you.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Sure! I’m Salva, the founder of LenZx Images. Photography for me isn’t just about taking pictures; it’s about capturing real stories, emotions, and little moments that people can look back on and feel all over again. What makes LenZx Images special is that it’s a true family-run passion. I started it as a creative outlet, and over time it’s grown into a way of connecting with people during the most meaningful times of their lives—whether that’s family milestones, celebrations, or just everyday memories.

Outside of photography, I also create content on YouTube and work as a project manager, so creativity and structure are always blending in my life. Right now, I’m focusing on growing LenZx Images into something bigger; bringing more families and individuals into the experience, and always keeping the emphasis on warmth, authenticity, and connection.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was a curious and creative kid who loved drawing, writing little stories, and making things with my hands. I didn’t think in terms of titles or careers; I just wanted to explore, create, and help people feel something through what I made. In many ways, that’s still who I am! I’ve just found grown-up ways to channel that same curiosity and creativity into my work and my brand.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me patience and empathy in a way success never could. When things fall apart, you’re forced to slow down, sit with the discomfort, and really see what matters most. It gave me a deeper appreciation for small wins, quiet moments, and the people who stand by you when life isn’t perfect. Success feels good, but suffering reshaped me into someone more grounded, compassionate, and resilient.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
I admire everyday people who lead with kindness and integrity; not because they have power, but because they choose to do the right thing when no one’s watching.
For me, that often looks like parents, teachers, or mentors who quietly shape lives without recognition. Their character leaves a lasting mark, and that kind of influence is far more powerful than any title or position.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m surrounded by my family, especially on quiet weekend mornings at home when the kids are playing, the dog’s lying nearby, and there’s nothing urgent on my calendar. Those little, ordinary moments feel like a deep exhale. I also find peace when I’m creating; behind my camera, editing photos, or working on a new idea, because it feels like time slows down and I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
