We recently had the chance to connect with Jeremy Wang and have shared our conversation below.

Jeremy, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
We are grateful that our company is able to help local real estate agents, property managers, and homeowners get their homes cleaned, windows washed, and walls pressure washed in preparation for it to go on the market, or before moving in.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
We specialize in move-in/out cleaning + window washing. Anyone who will be stepping into your home will have their pictures on our website, for your peace of mind.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who taught you the most about work?
My wife Mariko is the hardest worker that I know. By her resilience in taking care of the family and business, she has quietly taught me what it means to be a hard worker.

Is there something you miss that no one else knows about?
“I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.” Andy Bernard, 2013.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
While we do believe that, in business, “the customer is always right,” I will not allow a homeowner to disparage a team member of ours. I will always have the back of our team, as I know everyone who works with us has the highest ethical standards.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
If I retired tomorrow, customers would miss the consistency of great customer service, quick communication, and unfailing dedication to making sure that the customer is always satisfied at the end of the day.
