Inspiring Conversations with Valerii Khomynskyi of Elite Biz Team

Today we’d like to introduce you to Valerii Khomynskyi

Hi Valerii, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m from Ukraine and have been drawn to entrepreneurship for as long as I can remember. In 2018, I started my first marketing company, Piar Delux Inc, focusing on brand promotion and PR for local and European clients. Over time, we began working with international customers, and eventually around 70% of our clients came from the U.S.

In 2022, I moved to the U.S. and launched a larger service project called Elite Biz Team. The idea was to build a one-stop hub for entrepreneurs who need help entering the American market or scaling their businesses—covering everything from marketing and accounting to legal support and immigration.

Meanwhile, I also began working on a new project called TruckSync, aimed at solving significant logistics and infrastructure challenges in the trucking sector. I was motivated by a personal passion for practical solutions:

“I’ve always been a curious person who looks for hands-on ways to solve complex issues. The key moment was when I noticed major shortcomings in logistics and road infrastructure. I realized I could help tackle these problems by creating my own business, where I’d have the freedom to set the strategy and drive innovation. I wasn’t just looking to make money—I wanted to transform how logistics works and improve road services, especially with technology moving so quickly. That inspiration set the foundation for the projects I’m developing and the entrepreneurial journey I’m on now.”

All this eventually led to the TruckSync system, which uses cutting-edge technology to improve road safety and make freight operations more efficient.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Moving to a new country is always a challenge. When I got to the U.S. in 2022, I had to quickly adapt to different laws, business practices, and cultural norms. Building Elite Biz Team as a multi-service company required getting various licenses, assembling a team, and restarting my business network from scratch. It wasn’t easy, but it was incredibly rewarding—I could see right away how useful it was to offer “everything in one place.”

With TruckSync, the main hurdle was convincing traditional trucking companies and regulators of the value of a real-time platform that tracks routes and vehicle weight. Introducing innovation into a long-established industry always means educating people and showing how it works, so we demonstrated the system’s benefits by highlighting reduced road repair costs and fewer fines for overweight loads.

Even though Piar Delux Inc was already successful, juggling multiple projects in different countries could be tough. Dealing with time zones, staffing, and quality control demanded a lot of coordination. But every challenge taught me something new about streamlining processes, thinking creatively, and choosing team members who share my values.

We’ve been impressed with Elite Biz Team, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Right now, my main focus is Elite Biz Team. We offer a complete range of services for companies looking to break into the U.S. market or expand internationally. Our big advantage is that we deliver everything under one roof:

Marketing and consulting: from brand development to targeted ads and managing social media.
Accounting and taxes: we help clients organize their finances, file reports correctly, and optimize taxes.
Legal services and immigration: from registering LLCs and drafting contracts to getting the licenses and visas they need.
This all-in-one approach saves our clients time and money because they don’t have to work with multiple providers. We also hold ourselves to high standards in every area, staying up-to-date on changes in the law and in the market.

TruckSync is my latest and most ambitious project, aimed at modernizing trucking logistics. The system operates in real time, monitoring vehicle weight and finding optimal routes to reduce damage to roads. We’re getting strong feedback from transport companies and government agencies interested in boosting safety and cutting costs.

Piar Delux Inc is still around, handling marketing and PR. I don’t mention it as often these days because I’m so focused on Elite Biz Team and TruckSync, but Piar Delux Inc still carries my Ukrainian roots and works with a wide range of international clients, which I really value.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Absolutely. Each of my companies experienced the pandemic uniquely, but one overarching lesson was the importance of agility and strong communication.

Piar Delux Inc: As a marketing and PR agency with an international client base, Piar Delux Inc had to adapt to rapidly shifting market conditions. Many campaigns paused, and others pivoted to address new consumer needs. We learned the value of proactive messaging and virtual collaboration—especially when face-to-face events were canceled. By focusing on digital outreach and helping our clients manage crisis communications, we not only kept existing relationships strong, but also built new ones in a time when trust and clarity were paramount.

TruckSync: On the logistics side, Covid-19 underscored the need for real-time data and adaptive route planning. Supply chains were thrown into disarray almost overnight, with sudden changes in demand for essential goods and new restrictions at weigh stations or checkpoints. TruckSync’s integrated approach—combining weight monitoring, compliance checks, and route optimization—proved even more critical. We learned to refine our system for unexpected surges and re-routings. Having a centralized platform that updates in real time meant drivers and dispatchers could respond faster to shifting regulations and reduced staff at certain locations.

Elite Biz Team: Finally, the crisis highlighted how vital it is for businesses to have access to a wide range of support services under one roof—whether it’s legal consulting, accounting, or strategic planning. With lockdowns and constantly changing regulations, many entrepreneurs needed extra guidance. At Elite Biz Team, we saw a surge in demand for remote consultations and digital solutions. We realized that providing flexible, on-demand expertise—from immigration support to digital marketing—was key to helping our clients navigate uncertainty.

In the end, Covid-19 reminded all of us that resilience stems from being able to pivot quickly, maintain transparent communication, and leverage technology to stay connected, whether you’re promoting brands, optimizing freight logistics, or supporting businesses in multiple sectors.
