Today we’d like to introduce you to Sina Azari
Hi Sina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my journey in finance and entrepreneurship over two decades ago, with a passion for helping people secure their financial futures. In the early days, I worked my way through different roles in insurance and real estate, learning firsthand the challenges of building a sustainable business. Through these experiences, I discovered not only the importance of sound financial planning but also the power of leadership, mentorship, and teamwork in driving success.
In 2018, I launched the All Mindset Podcast to provide a platform where entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and professionals could share their stories and expertise. My goal was to create a space where listeners could gain actionable insights and inspiration, especially around personal development and business growth. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of interviewing some incredible individuals, such as Grant Cardone, and connecting with experts across industries.
The idea behind everything I do, whether it’s through financial consulting or the podcast, is rooted in a commitment to empowering others. I believe in the mindset that success isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about who you become along the way. This journey has taught me that the right habits, mindset, and strategies are what separate those who thrive from those who merely survive. Today, I continue to build my businesses while helping others unlock their potential through education, collaboration, and mentorship.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has definitely not been smooth, but the challenges have been some of the greatest teachers in my life. Early on, I faced a lot of rejection and uncertainty. When you step into industries like finance, insurance, or real estate, you realize quickly that success is not guaranteed, no matter how hard you work. I had to learn how to build trust with clients and partners, navigate complex regulations, and, most importantly, manage my mindset during the inevitable ups and downs.
One of the biggest struggles was scaling the business while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. There were moments when I burned out trying to juggle too many things at once—whether it was recruitment, client servicing, or expanding into new markets. These periods really tested my resilience and forced me to prioritize better and delegate tasks more effectively.
Launching the All Mindset Podcast also came with its own set of challenges. At first, it was difficult to consistently bring in high-caliber guests, but over time, persistence and building strong relationships paid off. Now, the podcast has become a platform where not only others can share their experiences, but I can continuously learn from my guests too.
In the end, the struggles have been the very experiences that shaped me. They taught me that the road to success is never linear and that mindset truly makes the difference in how you approach and overcome obstacles. Every challenge brought a new lesson, whether it was about patience, persistence, or the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
At the heart of everything I do—whether through financial services, real estate, or the All Mindset Podcast—is a commitment to empowering people with the right tools, strategies, and mindset to succeed. My focus is on providing comprehensive financial solutions, including insurance, estate planning, and investment strategies, tailored to help individuals and businesses secure their futures. As a Certified Financial Fiduciary, I take great pride in upholding a fiduciary duty, meaning my clients’ best interests are always the top priority.
What sets my work apart is not just the products or services I offer, but the way I approach relationships and personal growth. Through my brand, I emphasize transparency, education, and leadership development. Whether it’s guiding someone through complex financial decisions or helping an entrepreneur scale their business, the goal is always to foster sustainable, long-term success.
One of the things I’m most proud of is the All Mindset Podcast. This platform embodies everything my brand stands for: inspiring others, learning from top leaders, and cultivating a mindset of growth and resilience. Through conversations with some of the most successful people in business, real estate, and entrepreneurship—such as Grant Cardone—the podcast delivers practical insights that listeners can apply directly to their personal and professional lives.
Ultimately, what I want people to know is that my work isn’t just about numbers or transactions—it’s about transformation. Whether through financial advising or motivational content, my mission is to help people realize their potential and achieve more than they thought possible. My brand reflects a belief that success is not just a destination, but a journey built on the right habits, mindset, and network of support.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
What I’d like to leave readers with is this: success is available to everyone, but it starts with the right mindset. The journey isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about learning how to overcome them and grow in the process. Whether you’re looking to build wealth, grow a business, or develop yourself personally, it’s essential to surround yourself with the right people and resources.
Through my work in finance, real estate, and the All Mindset Podcast, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to invest in yourself. I encourage everyone reading this to take the time to seek mentorship, continue learning, and build strong, meaningful relationships. At the end of the day, success is a team sport. If there’s anything I can offer—whether it’s financial guidance, business insights, or motivation—know that I’m always here to support people on their journey.
Lastly, never underestimate the value of consistency and belief. Keep showing up, even when things get tough, and remember: the only limits are the ones you accept. Keep your mindset right, and the rest will follow.
