I. My Early Years:

Born in the summer of 1966, and native of Long Beach, California
Raised by a beautiful single and hardworking Mother-Mary E. Ward
Grew up with my wonderful sister Regina “Gina” Ward- Carmon
My dear Grandmother—”Mae-Mae” taught me 3 things that I carry with me daily:
To Keep your heart right –read a scripture daily
To Keep your mind right—continue to learn—crossword puzzle, read & self-educate
To Keep your life meaningful—stay active-always keep your hands moving, work, take action and do good in God’s eyes
Neighborhood was challenging, but family was supportive and filled with love
I am inspired by my faith, my family, good conversation, education—”never missed a day” and have a passion for sports, especially football
Attended First Lutheran School in Long Beach where my values and character were being formed…which enhanced my perspective on understanding diverse cultures, different people and the power of FAITH in God!!!

II. My Teen Years:

Attended LB Polytechnic High School Home of Scholars & Champion’s-Class of 1984’
Excellent Student/Athlete & received High Academic and Athletic Honors
Received National Recognition as All-American Student-Athlete
Received Athletic Scholarship to University of Notre Dame-Football

III. My Adult Years:

Graduated from University of Notre Dame, received B.A. of Government & International Studies-Class of 1988’
Worked in sales, marketing and communication industry for over 25+years
Married over 27 years to my beautiful, caring and thoughtful wife-Rhonda Ward
I am the father of 4 exceptional young men—Gavin, Je’Von, Ja’More’ aka Boom & Anthony

We implement inspirational solutions to attack the problem of the self- identity & self worth by focusing on personal development, youth enrichment and growing corporate relationships. We specialize in what I call “RC” Relationship Capital: communication strategies, dynamic public speaking and creative mentor & leadership workshops to empower people globally.

I have over 37 years of experience in public speaking, sales training & communication. My standards of excellence was instilled in me through my beloved Mother,Mary E. Ward: Always keep Promises, live in your purpose and always serve people. This ignited me to write my book titled, The Power of “I” which led to the creation of a 12- lesson dynamic curriculum, called “The Inspirational Blueprint” that builds excellence in confidence, leadership mastery & character development.
