Today we’d like to introduce you to Nupur Singh.

Hi Nupur, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I am a social media strategist and founder of En Creative Media, a boutique social media company that works with various clients ranging from startups to large enterprises to influencers and help them build and grow their social media presence.

I am also a lifestyle influencer with over 100K followers and have worked with various brands to bring out tips/tricks to parenting and living.

Growing up in a South Asian household, education and a stable career was mandatory which is why I started my career in a 9-6 job. I was in the investment banking space. . But as I grew, I started learning more about the digital space and slowly developed my creativity. Therefore in 2017, I pivoted to marketing and got a chance to work with various noted startups and brands. At a point, I was even heading social media marketing for a leading retail startup before launching my own marketing firm in 2017.

Apart from that I also coach various influencers on how to build their social media presence.

When I am not working, I am working on my next venture (a loungewear brand) and traveling with my husband and 10-month-old baby. Clearly you can see I love creating and doing different things. I guess that’s where the Gemini in me truly comes out.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any venture, there were ups and downs. Having worked in the marketing space for a while and having a decent follower base on social media, that helped me get my first initial clients for my agency. However, learning how to scale and choosing the right employees thereafter was a learning curve that took longer than I expected. I realized that investing in the right tools and people can make or break your company.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I run a boutique social media agency where we partner with brands and influencers who need a strong digital presence. We like to call ourselves ” your personal social media concierge” . Our goal is take away the hassle of “what and how to post” so that brands can focus on the bigger picture. We pride ourselves with helping brands streamline their digital presence across channels and stand out in this competitive age. Our agency also represents different influencers to help them partner and work with brands and monetize their content.

As a founder, it’s important that I walk the talk. Hence I have spent years building my personal brand ( to over 100K followers on IG) and working with various clients in the influencer space. This has taught me how both brands, influencers and different streams of marketing work, making it easier to connect and implement different tactics for my clients.

We work with brands across different growth stages – with small local brands, mom and pop shops to fortune 500 brands and celebrity influencers.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Visiting my grandparents and relatives in India every year and learning about my culture and food.
