Mikhaila started her journey 15 years ago as a medical marketer then eventually opened up her spa.

The first client she sold purchased a $10,000 package and that’s when Mikhaila knew the medspa industry was going to change her life. Mikhaila eventually sold her still very lucrative spa and moved out of state where she realized her success was an easily repeatable skill as she continued to successfully market several 7 figure businesses.

Medspa Coaching was born when Mikhaila turned down a $ 200,000-a-year job as a medical marketer for the world’s largest hair restoration clinic, she knew that she was capable of helping more than just one Medspa at a time achieve success.

She since has coached business owners in all facets of the aesthetic industry to double their profit.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
After Mikhaila sold her profitable medspa, she began consulting for an aesthetician who wanted beautiful branding to make her dream of opening a medspa a reality.

Her first private coaching client hired her, took all of her marketing assets and never paid her invoice.
Despite being happy with the results she didn’t want to pay.
Mikhaila has since found that there are those who are willing to invest both time and money into making their businesses great and those who don’t want to put in the effort.
Now that Mikhaila has become so well established she gets to choose her clients and only works with those who are ready and willing to transform their business.

I helped one of my clients go from working out of her house to owning a 7 figure medspa during the covid nineteen crisis.
