Hi Mike, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey as the owner and operator of a limousine transportation company began 20 years ago with a risky move, one that made it possible for me to break free from the professional routine that had been weighing me down.
On a fortuitous night in 2005, I decided to attend a poker event and walked away with a substantial win. As I was leaving the event, I saw a classy, deluxe limousine outside the hotel. What drew my attention was that everyone inside the limo, including the elegant chauffeur, was having a great time. That was the moment when the idea struck me: with my winnings, I can purchase a deluxe limousine bus and have my own limousine transportation company.
The name of my company, Aall In Limo & Party Bus, is a reminder that sometimes a bold move can be a real game-changer. “All in” is used in poker and means putting all your chips in the pot.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There’s no such thing as a smooth road in the business world. Every company owner would agree with me on this. My journey had its ups and downs, but what helped me overcome each obstacle I encountered along the way was that I love what I do. The first couple of years were tough; launching a business in the transportation industry is not easy, but once people got to know us and the services we provide, we were on the right track. After that, the business continued to improve every year, until the pandemic, when the lockdown especially took its toll on our overall earnings.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5 to 10 years, I anticipate the limousine and luxury transportation industry evolving in several key ways. First, there will definitely be a greater focus on technology and convenience — clients want seamless booking, real-time updates, and contactless payments. Sustainability is also becoming a major trend; more customers are asking about eco-friendly or hybrid vehicles, and I expect the industry will shift toward greener fleets.
At the same time, the demand for personalized, high-end experiences will continue to grow. People aren’t just hiring a ride; they’re looking for memorable experiences, whether it’s for special events or corporate travel. In short, the industry will combine technology, sustainability, and customer-focused luxury in ways that make premium transportation more accessible and memorable than ever before.
