Hi Maziar, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my career in the private sector, working in IT and business management. Over time, I noticed that many businesses struggled to navigate the online world. Websites weren’t optimized, customers weren’t finding them, and managing engagement was difficult.
Through KAMPP, we not only provide marketing solutions but also develop software and custom bots to help businesses interact with their customers intelligently and automatically. By combining technology with marketing strategy, we help businesses grow and succeed in ways that are practical and measurable.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Early in my career, managing multiple projects, clients, and teams without clear systems was a real challenge. I had to learn time management and prioritization the hard way. Overcoming that taught me how to structure work efficiently, stay focused, and ensure that both my team and clients get the best results. That skill has been crucial for running KAMPP successfully today.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I think luck definitely plays a role, but I see it more as timing and alignment when hard work, preparation, and opportunity all meet. In business, you can’t control luck, but you can control how ready you are when it shows up.
At KAMPP, we’ve had moments where things just clicked at the right time, but looking back, it was really the result of staying consistent and being open to new ideas. So yes, luck helped, but only because we were prepared to take advantage of it.
