Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After completing graduate school, I spent 15 years immersed in the corporate world, navigating the fast-paced business side of the entertainment industry. I worked in sales and licensing of content at both cable networks and major studios. While it was an exciting and fulfilling career, everything changed when I embarked on a transformative journey that began with meditation.

Meditation opened doors I didn’t even know existed, shifting the entire trajectory of my life and career. As I dove deeper into the world of self-discovery, I realized the corporate path no longer resonated with me. One by one, those doors in the corporate world started to close. But, in their place, a new path emerged—one that aligned with my true purpose. It was a path that allowed me to embrace my spiritual gifts and talents, guiding me toward my passion for helping others reach their highest potential.

I believe that we’re all here to expand and explore the full range of our potential, and that’s a journey I do my best to live out every day. Now, I have the incredible privilege of guiding others on their own paths to growth and transformation, helping them unlock the opportunities and possibilities within themselves. There’s a sense of empowerment that comes with knowing how to consciously create the lives it is we desire.

What I’ve learned along this journey is that life is full of unexpected turns—just as my career was. Never did I imagine leaving the corporate world or discovering the gifts that emerged within me through meditation. But these experiences have taught me to trust the process, believe in myself, and know that I will always be led to higher ground. And that’s the true magnificence of our soul.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Making the leap from the corporate world to entrepreneurship has been incredibly rewarding, but it’s not always a smooth journey. While building something from the ground up is exciting, it requires more than just passion—it demands vision, discipline, an elevated mindset, unwavering commitment, and the foundation of structured daily habits.

Entrepreneurship has pushed me to break through my own limitations and become more comfortable with the unknown. It’s the constant process of growth and self-discovery that’s helped shape not only my business but the work I do today. In fact, it was these challenges that inspired me to create my customized 90-day coaching program, Beyond Limits, which helps others break free from their own constraints and move into greater freedom, opportunity, and conscious creation to design their ideal lives. I like to ask the question, “are you living your ideal life now?” And, if not, “what’s holding you back?”

What I’ve learned throughout this journey is that the very same skills I’ve honed as an entrepreneur are the ones that are crucial for building a life you truly desire. Whether you’re leading a business or leading your own life, the principles of self-mastery, focus, and inspired action are necessary. And that’s exactly how I help others to take charge of and create the life they’ve always envisioned. And, to know it’s possible! I believe that using both spiritual (like meditation) and scientifically backed practices (like hypnosis) make for a powerful combination.

When I left the corporate world, I also had to embrace a new identity—one that truly reflected who I had become, even if others didn’t understand or support me. It wasn’t just a career change; it was a calling. So, I knew that the work I was being drawn to was my true purpose. And, living my purpose would bring me joy.

Today, many of my clients are at a crossroads, just as I once was. They feel the pull to live with greater purpose and meaning, sensing that they’re meant for something more. But, they’re unsure of what that looks like or afraid to step fully into the truth of who they are. What I’ve learned from my own journey is that a calling never fades. It’s the wisdom of our soul urging us to evolve and rise to a higher life. For this reason, a cornerstone of my work is helping clients connect with their own soul’s wisdom—what some may call intuition. This inner guidance is the key to unlocking greater ease, joy, and fulfillment in life. When we listen to it, we’re always led toward the path that aligns with our highest potential.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a Transformational Coach, Building Personal Resilience Coach™, Intuitive Channel-Guide, Energy Healer, and Hypnotherapist.

I offer transformative coaching programs, services, and content, to guide, empower, and inspire individuals on their journey of expansion and living their highest expression. At the core of my work is the principle of integrating higher consciousness into everyday living. It’s about living from your highest self—and knowing the difference—so that you can live your highest life.

My approach focuses on uncovering deeply ingrained patterns that may be holding you back, and bringing clarity to the areas of your life that are ready for transformation. Through higher guidance and inner work, clients elevate to an empowered mindset where limitations dissolve and the windows of opportunity begin to open.

What are your plans for the future?
Currently, you can find me holding workshops, publishing articles and speaking on podcasts which I see more of. When I asked my heart what are our future plans I was shown books. A children’s book on my dog, Lexi, who transitioned a few years back. She has messages of inspiration she’d like to share with children. There will also be book(s) on topics of spiritual/personal development.

Additionally, it has always been a goal of mine to bring this work into the corporate world and I know that I’ll be speaking and teaching at corporate retreats to start.
