Inspiring Conversations with Keri Freeman of Downtown Weekly LA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keri Freeman.

Keri Freeman

Hi Keri, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m an artist, writer, event planner, and musician from Amityville, NY. Growing up in a funeral home I learned a few things… life is short, and you only have so many minutes so be sure to GO DO GREAT THINGS.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My life has gone pretty well. Looking around, I’ve seen some pretty gnarly stories. I’m super grateful for the good and the lessons the bad have taught me. I strongly believe where there’s a will, there’s a way and all things are possible through GOD so what someone please warn those obstacles to get out of my way, to avoid unnecessary drama.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Downtown Weekly LA?

How do you think about luck?
Timing is everything. When you go with the flow, you understand that whatever life brings is meant for you. There was a time when I thought it was good and bad luck …but then I realized it was destiny. So now I just ride along.
