Today we’d like to introduce you to Joseph Crapanzano

Hi Joseph, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Plateshub all started when we serviced the LA Chargers throughout covid. Several other teams, agencys, performance centers, and players reached out to jump on board and after 4 years we service every NFL team on a player basis in the country. Over the last 18 months we have expanded into providing the US Military with nutrition as well.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Anything worth doing is hard to say the least. Its was never easy but i will say the easiest part of the food business is being in the kitchen / cooking if that makes sence. The unexpected growing pains that no one prepares for is the financial aspect of growth, maitaining new clients with the ability of taking on new clients.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Plateshub is a B2B nutrition company primaralyy dealing with the NFL and Military. Im most proud of the growth we have had over the last 4 years. We have groth from a handful of Ls Charger players to serving Thousands a day nationally. Plateshub has plans to expand in the future by going public.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
My family matters most to me more than anything else. We all tend to overlook people we are around with dailY. The ones that may not work in the business with your per se but have growth the company with you by letting you vent about your company issues or give advice, etc. We have come to understand that business is business , clients change, turnover is the norm, but those closest to you are what grows your company,
