Inspiring Conversations with Garz Chan of Alchemist’s Arts Healing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Garz Chan.

Garz, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I attended my first energy healing workshop about fifteen years ago without intending to get into the healing arts. My mother gifted me a course to learn some tools so that I could work on my son. That weekend, I worked on family members with great success. Shortly after, I practiced working on friends, and then people started approaching me for healing.

I learned a different healing modality once or twice a year, and around the tenth-year mark, my clients asked me to teach classes.

So, I drove down the road one day and asked the universe, “Shall I teach or not? Give me a clear sign!” I stopped at a red traffic light, turned to my left, and on the side of a parked white van in big black bold letters read ‘TEACH.’ And I’ve been teaching since.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The ‘business’ has been smooth, as clients have always sought me out, and I have been blessed with a full schedule since deciding to commit to this path.

My struggles were mainly internal. It took me a long time to accept that this was my ‘purpose’, as I didn’t move to LA (from England) to be a healer. I didn’t think I was good enough or pure enough to be one. I had to work through a lot of judgment, imperfections, and conflict within – I didn’t see myself as a healer-type person. And I had multiple creative pursuits, which I ended up letting go of. So, there was deep grief in shedding an old life and life-long interests to transition into becoming a healer.

And when I truly surrendered to this calling, I was showered with abundance and prosperity.

We’ve been impressed with Alchemist’s Arts Healing, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Alchemist’s Arts Healing is a place that empowers empaths and activates your magical gifts. Offering classes, workshops, and courses in various energy healing modalities. The tools covered are past life reading, karma clearing, trauma healing, aura reading, and strengthening, remote viewing, psychometry, psychic cords, remote viewing, psychic mediumship, chakra clearing, psychic surgery, entity removal, quantum jumping, light language, I.E.T. Meeting animal totems, gatekeepers, spirit guides, starseed family, guardian angels, neutralizing phobias, astral projection and more. Students learn how to clear relationship and financial blockages and subconscious limiting beliefs, systems, and programs.

We’d love to hear about what you think about risk-taking.
Everyday living life on earth can be considered risky. There are many/multiple risks all around us at any given time.

I used to believe that I was taking a huge risk by leaving England and moving to America, not knowing if life would work out for me or not. In hindsight, I realize it wasn’t a risk. I was compelled to move because I was meant to live here. I was meant to give birth to my son here, start my businesses here, and become a healer here. Some would say divorcing your husband without financial security or savings is risky. But it works out in the end… because it’s the right thing to do.

Letting go of control feels risky. Not knowing what to do seems risky. The possibility of making the wrong decision feels risky. Choosing to completely trust in the unknown… letting strangers into your life… going for what you want, becoming who you came here to be – and even hiding from your purpose/potential is risky. You risk becoming stagnant, discontent, dissatisfied, and unfulfilled.
