Hi Elle, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
EN Events started when I left a long-time job and posted so on Facebook. The next day I was flooded with inquiries and it naturally progressed. I think I stand out because I really take the needs of my clients and employees into consideration equally.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
A smooth road? What’s that? Hahaha. The road has been anything but. Approaching my 7th year in June there have been ups and downs. Keeping up with the ever-changing trends and economy has been challenging to say the least. I think my biggest hurdle was surviving the Pandemic (barely) It was a hopeless time but as a team we came out on top.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
EN Events is an event company that specializes in Bars. We do all types of bars, Hosted, Cash, private, Non Profit… the list goes on. I learned early on that it was better to stick to one thing and try to perfect it, so that’s what I did. My Employees are the backbone of my company. We go through a rigorous hiring and referral process to secure the best of the best. This is the reason we no longer just do stand-alone staffing. There are too many variables out of control, so we don’t hire out our staff (with very few exceptions) unless we are providing bar service. We have created a family environment and that respect and trust is our biggest asset. We can pretty much make anything work. I encourage potential clients to always reach out via email and we will do our best to accommodate.
What are your plans for the future?
We are currently expanding our office space, re-organizing and getting caught up after a busy holiday season. We have some exciting monthly event contracts this year and are looking forward to working with our returning clients and future ones.
