With decades of experience guiding clients through the buying and selling process, Debbi brings deep industry insight, heartfelt passion, and a personalized approach to every interaction. As she was contemplating starting a podcast, she manifested the perfect opportunity. A company that discovered Debbi through Ai— finding her on a YouTube where she had answered questions pertaining to an Oprah Winfrey guest search. Although the interview deadline had long passed, Debbi was encouraged to record it anyway. “Mastering the Art of Real Estate,” Debbi’s podcast, is designed to inspire and educate Realtors, entrepreneurs, and ambitious individuals by featuring conversations with top-performing Realtors and successful business leaders who share their personal journeys and insights.

Just as I was beginning to build my family, I was diagnosed with cancer. It was a frightening and uncertain time, casting a shadow over what should have been a joyful new chapter.
Starting out in real estate was daunting—especially with a new family to support—knowing that a Realtor’s income is entirely commission-based.
