Hi Brianna, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Starting B ESTY SKIN came from a very personal place. I’ve always had a passion for beauty, self care, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. But the idea to start my own hard wax hair removal business really took shape when I realized how many people, including myself, struggled to find a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for waxing services that actually cared about the client experience.

I began by educating myself deeply on proper technique, skin safety, and the power of quality products especially the difference a good hard wax can make. From there, I took a leap of faith, invested in my own space, and committed to creating a business built on trust, comfort, and consistency.

Starting out wasn’t always easy there were long days, slow seasons, and moments of doubt but I stayed focused, leaned on my faith, and never stopped showing up for myself and my clients. Today, B ESTY SKIN is more than just a waxing studio. It’s a space where people come to feel seen, cared for, and confidently bare.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, grateful for every client that walks through my door, and excited to keep growing this business with love, skill, and purpose.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a completely smooth road but every bump has helped shape B ESTY SKIN into what it is today.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced has been breaking the stereotype that waxing is only for women and that it’s always a painful, uncomfortable experience. A huge part of my mission has been showing people especially men that hard wax hair removal can be clean, quick, and surprisingly gentle when done right.

Being one of the only providers in my area who welcomes and specializes in men’s waxing came with its own hurdles. Some people didn’t take the idea seriously at first, and others were hesitant simply because they’d never been offered the service in a way that felt approachable or judgment free. But I stayed committed to educating my clients, creating a safe and respectful space, and delivering results they could truly feel good about.

Slowly but surely, that trust has grown. Now, I’m proud to be the go to wax specialist for both men and women who want quality care and real results. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth every step.

At B ESTY SKIN, I specialize in hard wax hair removal with services that include face waxing, bikini and Brazilian, Manzilian, and full body waxing for both women and men. What I’m most known for is my signature tagline: “Saving lives one wax at a time.” And for good reason.

My technique is precise, my space is welcoming, and my mission is deeply rooted in self-care and empowerment.

What sets B ESTY SKIN apart is how I approach each appointment: it’s more than just a wax it’s about making yourself a priority. I want every person who walks through my door to feel seen, comfortable, and taken care of. Whether it’s their first wax or their fiftieth, I make sure they leave feeling more confident and cared for than when they arrived.

Brand wise, I’m most proud of creating a space that challenges outdated beauty norms and opens the door for everyone especially men to enjoy the benefits of grooming and self-care without shame or stigma. B ESTY SKIN isn’t just about hair removal it’s about creating a moment for yourself, embracing confidence, and redefining what personal care looks and feels like.

What’s next?
I have some big dreams for B ESTY SKIN, and the journey is just getting started.

My future plans include expanding the business and continuing to grow my client base, so more people can experience the difference of quality hard wax hair removal and intentional self care. I’m also looking forward to building a team of like minded estheticians who share my passion and purpose to help spread the message of “saving lives one wax at a time.”

One of my biggest goals is to travel the world educating others on the benefits of hard wax, proper technique, and how self-care goes beyond the surface. I truly believe that when people learn to prioritize themselves, everything shifts in how they feel, how they show up, and how they live.

Eventually, I hope to open a larger space that allows for more services, more education, and more community. B ESTY SKIN is growing, and I’m excited to keep evolving, reaching new people, and reminding everyone that waxing isn’t just a service it’s an experience of care, confidence, and self-love.
