Inspiring Conversations with Breana Hill of Ripple Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Breana Hill.

Hi Breana, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My career began in Big Tech, where I led community initiatives and large-scale programs at companies like TikTok and Amazon. I loved the strategy and the pace, but I also became deeply aware of how much pressure people hold behind their ambition. I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant, driven professionals pushing through stress without the kind of grounded, intentional support they actually needed. It made me rethink what true well-being looks like, and that clarity naturally pulled me toward my next chapter.

Ripple Wellness grew from that shift. I wanted to create a modern wellness space that feels authentic, structured, and genuinely supportive, not overwhelming or performative. I started with one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and guided practices designed for people who want wellness that fits into real life. Over time, Ripple Wellness has evolved into a full ecosystem that blends structure with soul, all built on my belief that wellness should bring you back to yourself, not distract you from your life.

At its core, my mission is simple: to make grounded practices and intentional living accessible to the people who need them most. I am building Ripple Wellness with long-term vision, thoughtful strategy, and a deep commitment to reshaping how we think about stress, balance, and sustainable well-being in an ever-changing world.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I wouldn’t describe the journey as smooth, but I also wouldn’t call it difficult. It’s been intentional, just like everything else I’m building. Each stage has pushed me to clarify my vision, my values, and the kind of wellness brand I want to bring into the world.

Stepping into entrepreneurship required me to shift how I think and lead. Instead of operating within massive structures, I had to create my own. That wasn’t a struggle as much as a series of thoughtful adjustments: noticing what aligns with my mission, releasing what doesn’t, and staying grounded in a purpose that feels bigger than me.

Building Ripple Wellness has also meant choosing a pace that feels aligned, not rushed. I’m not chasing quick wins or vanity metrics. I’m focused on building something sustainable, elevated, and genuinely supportive for the people I serve. That takes patience and a willingness to let the brand evolve as I evolve.

If there were any challenges, they were more internal than external. Learning to trust my direction. Stepping into a leadership style that feels authentic to who I am. Giving myself permission to build Ripple Wellness without leaning into hustle culture or urgency. Each moment has shaped the business into what it is today: grounded, intentional, and built for long-term impact.

And based on the feedback I have received so far, it’s clear that this work is needed. People are ready for a calmer, more intentional approach to wellness, and I’m grateful to be building something that supports that shift.

As you know, we’re big fans of Ripple Wellness. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Ripple Wellness is a modern wellness business designed for people who want grounded, practical support without the overwhelm. Many of the individuals and teams we serve identify as high-achievers who crave balance and clarity. We focus on helping people reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with themselves by integrating mindfulness and intentional living into their routines.

At its core, Ripple Wellness blends holistic health coaching with personalized wellness planning to create an experience that feels both elevated and deeply grounded. Clients never have to figure everything out alone. We help them build sustainable routines and reshape how they think about caring for themselves. So many people carry guilt around rest or believe they are not worthy of slowing down, but wellness becomes much more powerful when it is understood as an act of self-respect rather than an indulgence.

We offer one-on-one coaching, group wellness experiences, and workshops that help people and teams cultivate emotional resilience and prevent burnout. In addition, we provide stress-relief programming, guided meditation experiences, and carefully designed wellness resources for daily support. Each offering is crafted with intention, keeping things practical, approachable, and genuinely supportive, so people can move through life with more ease and alignment.

What sets Ripple Wellness apart is our philosophy. We do not treat wellness as a trend or a quick fix. Everything we do is rooted in intention, personalization, and the belief that meaningful change begins with small, sustainable shifts. These shifts create ripple effects that influence not only how people lead and work, but also the communities they touch. Clients come to Ripple Wellness because they want wellness that fits into real life. They want routines that feel supportive, practices they can actually maintain, and a process that honors their pace.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the way Ripple Wellness feels. The way people immediately sense the difference between this and the typical “hustle then heal” narrative is intentional.

If there’s one thing I want readers to know, it’s that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated or performative. It can be simple, structured, and supportive. Ripple Wellness exists to bring people back to that truth.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The quality that has contributed most to my success is clarity. I have a strong sense of what I am building, why it matters, and how I want people to feel when they engage with Ripple Wellness. That clarity shapes everything, including the pace I choose, the offerings I create, and the way I lead.

Intentionality has also played a major role. I do not rush, I do not follow trends, and I do not build just to keep up. I focus on what feels aligned, sustainable, and genuinely supportive for the people I serve, especially as they move through challenges or transitions in their lives. That approach keeps me grounded in the mission rather than distracted by outside noise.

Another important quality is my commitment to emotional intelligence. Ripple Wellness is rooted in understanding the human experience, and that requires listening deeply, observing without judgment, and creating space for people to feel safe, seen, and supported. I bring that into every client relationship and every workshop I host.

Overall, my success comes from leading with intention, trusting my vision, and staying aligned with the values that inspired Ripple Wellness from the beginning.
