Hi Sindé, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Our story began with a deep commitment to improving the spaces where people live, work, and gather. We founded American Society Holding Company with the goal of helping cities become cleaner, safer, and more vibrant through thoughtful revitalization and community-focused solutions.
From the beginning, we saw the need for a better Los Angeles where we could not only maintain public spaces, but also restore pride and functionality to neighborhoods and commercial districts. What started as a focused effort to support local improvement projects grew through consistent results, strong partnerships, and a reputation for accountability and excellence.
Through hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with municipalities and private partners, we have expanded our work to include city clean-up initiatives, beautification projects, infrastructure support, and long-term revitalization programs. We approach every project with care, precision, and respect for the communities we serve.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like most growing businesses, our journey has not always been smooth. Building our firm required persistence, adaptability, and patience. In the early stages, one of our biggest challenges was securing consistent funding and resources to support large-scale revitalization projects. We also faced the complexities of navigating permits, regulations, and municipal processes, which required time and careful coordination.

American Society Holding Company is a mission-driven organization dedicated to cleaning, restoring, and revitalizing cities through thoughtful, high-impact public space initiatives. We specialize in urban beautification, environmental maintenance, and community-focused revitalization projects that enhance both appearance and functionality.
Our work includes large-scale clean-up operations, landscape and streetscape improvements, public infrastructure support, and long-term maintenance programs. We partner closely with municipalities, developers, and community organizations to deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each area we serve.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
One thing that may surprise people is how diverse our founder’s professional background and entrepreneurial journey truly is. In addition to leading American Society, Sindé Tantua owns and operate multiple businesses across different industries, including one of the most successful and respected accounting firms in LA, aka Beverly Hills Bookeeping & Accounting.
Alongside building and managing these ventures, she is also pursuing her doctoral degree and is on track to become a doctor before the age of twenty-eight. Balancing advanced academic work with entrepreneurship requires discipline, focus, and long-term vision, and it has shaped the way she leads and innovates. She also lives in the city of Marina Del Rey and that was what sparked her interest in developing cities.
