Hidden Gems: Meet Rahi Sarbaziha of The Aesthetic Room By Dr Rahi

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rahi Sarbaziha.

Hi Rahi , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of inner health and outer beauty. After completing my medical degree and residency in Internal Medicine, I worked in hospital and urgent care settings, where I saw firsthand how traditional medicine often treated symptoms rather than the root causes of imbalance. That experience inspired me to pursue further training in integrative and aesthetic medicine — disciplines that look at the whole person, blending evidence-based science with holistic wellness.

Over time, I realized my passion lay in helping people not only feel better but also look like the healthiest, most radiant versions of themselves. That’s when I founded Dr. Rahi Integrative Aesthetics in Beverly Hills — a space dedicated to regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and advanced aesthetics.

Today, my practice combines cutting-edge therapies like peptides, exosomes, and laser technologies with personalized wellness programs. My goal is to empower patients to take control of their health, aging, and confidence — inside and out.

What started as a small vision has evolved into an international platform — from speaking at global medical conferences to developing educational content and wellness retreats. But at the heart of it all, my mission remains the same: to redefine beauty through health and to remind people that true radiance begins from within.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all — my path has been filled with challenges, but those experiences shaped who I am today. My parents immigrated from Iran to Canada, but I made the decision to come to the United States on my own to pursue my education and fulfill my dream of becoming a physician.

Coming here alone, without the comfort of family or a support system, was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I had to navigate everything — from the cultural differences to the financial and emotional challenges of building a life and career in a new country. There were times I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure if I could keep going.

But those struggles built resilience. They taught me how to trust myself, how to work hard even when no one is watching, and how to create a sense of home wherever I am. Every challenge became fuel for my purpose — to empower others through integrative medicine, wellness, and self-healing.

Looking back, coming here alone was the hardest and most defining decision of my life — and it made me the strong, independent woman and doctor I am today.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’m the founder of Dr. Rahi Integrative Aesthetics, a Beverly Hills-based practice where modern aesthetics meets functional and regenerative medicine. My mission is to help patients achieve true, long-lasting beauty by addressing the body from the inside out — restoring balance, optimizing health, and enhancing confidence.

What sets my practice apart is the integrative approach — we don’t just chase surface results. Every treatment plan begins with understanding the root cause of aging, fatigue, inflammation, or hormonal imbalance. From there, we create a personalized program that may combine peptide therapy, hormone optimization, IV nutrition, regenerative injectables like exosomes or biostimulators, and advanced laser treatments to achieve sustainable transformation.

I’m most proud that my brand has become known for bridging the gap between wellness and aesthetics — showing that beauty isn’t vanity, it’s vitality. Patients come to us because they want to look and feel like the healthiest version of themselves, not because they want to look “done.”

Beyond the clinic, I’ve built educational and speaking platforms that reach audiences around the world — teaching both practitioners and the public about the power of integrative aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and peptides.

At its heart, my brand stands for empowerment, education, and evolution. I want readers to know that at Dr. Rahi Integrative Aesthetics, we’re redefining beauty — proving that radiance starts within and that science and self-care can coexist beautifully.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Finding the right mentor — and building a strong network — has been one of the most valuable parts of my journey. My advice is to lead with curiosity and authenticity. Don’t approach people just because of their title or status; connect with those whose values, energy, and vision align with yours.

When I was starting out, I didn’t have a built-in network or family in medicine. I had to create my own community — attending conferences, reaching out to colleagues I admired, and saying yes to opportunities even when they felt intimidating. Over time, those connections turned into collaborations, friendships, and mentorships that helped me grow both personally and professionally.

One thing that’s worked well for me is giving before asking — offering value, sharing knowledge, or simply showing genuine appreciation. The best relationships are built on mutual respect and shared purpose.

I also believe in mentorship that flows both ways. I learn as much from the new generation of practitioners as they learn from me. Staying open, humble, and collaborative has kept me inspired and evolving.

At the end of the day, mentorship and networking aren’t about collecting contacts — they’re about building a community that challenges and supports you to become the best version of yourself.
