As a busy entrepreneur with experience using mobile beauty services, I recognized the significant concerns faced by makeup artists and hairstylists in the industry. Driven by their feedback, I aimed to create a business that addresses these challenges and enhances the experience for consumers. To achieve this, I initiated an audition process to select the best talent in the industry.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey was far from smooth, that’s for certain. I aimed to expand into more cities, but the talent during auditions simply didn’t meet the high standards we set. To make matters worse, the app company vanished in the midst of the project. Additionally, the webmaster failed to deliver on both the promised timeline and quality. This combination of setbacks has made the entire experience incredibly challenging.
