Hi Parham, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey began in Iran, where I was born into a close-knit family that valued togetherness and mutual support. As a child, I was exceptionally active, immersing myself in both sports and the arts, embodying the essence of a free spirit. My early years were marked by this dual passion, which allowed me to explore various aspects of my personality and interests.
The turning point in my life came when my parents made the monumental decision to move to the United States. This decision was fueled by the desire for a better future for their son despite the significant sacrifices involved. They left behind a comfortable life in Iran to face the uncertainties and challenges of starting anew in a foreign land. My family settled in San Diego, where I spent several years adapting to and embracing a new culture and environment.
In pursuit of new opportunities and experiences, I later moved to Washington, D.C., where I lived for 15 years. This period was a time of growth and development for me, both personally and professionally. In 2007, seeking further advancement and change, I relocated to Dubai. It was there that he found love and got married, marking a new chapter in my life. Professionally, Dubai offered me the chance to excel in a global setting; I worked as the president of operations for a multinational company, a role that challenged me and honed my leadership and strategic skills.
After 15 fruitful years in Dubai in 2021, I decided it was time to return to California. This decision was driven by a desire to be closer to my roots and to leverage my extensive experience in new ventures. Now, as a business strategist, I dedicate my expertise to helping startups navigate the complexities of the global business environment. My role involves guiding young companies through the challenges of scaling and establishing themselves on the international stage.
Despite a busy schedule, I remain deeply connected to my love for the ocean. Whenever I finds a moment of free time, I indulges in surfing and swimming, activities that provide a sense of peace and connection to the natural world. Surfing and the power of ocean is a humbling experience.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life has challenged me as it does everyone, but overall, I have been fortunate to have a strong family support, and I have never been in a position that found myself lost or without an option. I have made good and bad decisions, but have always been proud of my decisions.

Before the artificial intelligence boom, I embarked on a venture to establish a telemedicine startup, a journey that brought to light the countless challenges small startups face in the digital age. This endeavor was not just a business initiative but a profound learning experience. Through the process, my perspective on the startup ecosystem transformed significantly, which pushed me to create a step-by-step plan for launching and running startups. I started a consulting firm dedicated to empowering startups. This company is not just a business but a mission to ease the journey for startups by offering strategic insights, operational guidance, and access to a network of resources, enabling them to navigate the complexities of launching and scaling in a competitive global business environment. This shift from a founder of a telemedicine startup to a mentor and strategist for other startups was inspired by the challenges I faced and overcame, fueling my passion to facilitate the growth of innovative solutions in the tech landscape.
