Hidden Gems: Meet Pamela Addie of Fit4mom Corona

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pamela Addie.

Hi Pamela, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Before becoming a mom, fitness was a core part of my identity. I ran cross country and track through middle school, high school, and college. After so many years of competing, staying active wasn’t just something I did, it was part of who I was.

I worked as a social worker before starting my family, but when I had my first baby, I stepped away from that career to focus on motherhood. Like many new moms, I was hit with the reality of sleepless nights, the emotional rollercoaster of postpartum recovery, and the overwhelming responsibility of caring for a newborn. I knew I wanted to return to fitness, but I had no idea where to start in this new chapter of life.

That’s when I found Fit4mom.

I joined as a member when my first baby was just four months old. What I thought would be a way to get back into shape quickly became so much more. It became my lifeline, a place where I could move my body, connect with other moms, and feel like me again. Over time, my role with Fit4mom grew, and today, I’m proud to be the owner of Fit4mom Corona.

Since then, life has only gotten busier. I went on to have three children in under three years. I’ve run races while seven months pregnant, pushed a single jogger, then a double, and now, I work out with a triple jogger! Like so many moms, I learned that carving out time for fitness while raising young children isn’t easy. But with the right support system, it is possible.

That’s what Fit4mom offers. It’s more than just a workout. It’s a safe space where moms can stay active while being with their babies. It’s a community where kids can play and do crafts while moms build strength and confidence. We take field trips, we celebrate milestones, and we hold space for each other in ways only other moms truly understand. The moms’ night outs are amazing, but it’s the friendships and support during the everyday moments that make the biggest impact.

Fit4mom is for every mom who wants to feel strong in her body, grounded in her identity, and supported in her motherhood journey. It’s where postpartum healing begins, physically, emotionally, and mentally and where meaningful, lasting connections are formed.

I’ve poured my heart into this community. What began as something I needed for myself has grown into a mission I now lead with passion and purpose. My background as a social worker continues to shape the way I lead. It helps me create a space where moms feel seen, heard, and valued, whether they’re navigating the challenges of motherhood, relationships, or just trying to make it through another sleepless night.

Being part of Fit4mom has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Watching women grow stronger, inside and out and seeing their confidence blossom postpartum is something I’ll always be grateful for. I’m honored to walk alongside them in this season of life and beyond.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Juggling three very young children, running a business, being a fire wife, and striving to be a present friend and a kind human isn’t easy, but I do my best every day. I show up with intention, for my family, for my community, and for myself, because I believe that even in the chaos, there is strength, purpose, and beauty in simply showing up.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I was born in the U.S., but when I was two years old, my family moved to Mexico City. Growing up there with less definitely shaped the way I live my life today. It taught me to appreciate the small things, to work hard, and to stay grounded in gratitude. I’m incredibly thankful for where I am now and the journey that brought me here.
I have two brothers who are truly my best friends, and although my parents are no longer together, they both continue to show up for me and for my children in meaningful ways. I feel so lucky to have their support.
My biggest inspiration has always been my mom. She is, without a doubt, the strongest woman I know. She lives her life with such compassion and kindness, and she carries that energy with her wherever she goes. I strive every day to be the kind of woman and mother she has been for me.
