Hidden Gems: Meet Chelsea Harris of Saasy Boss Marketing Agency

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chelsea Harris.

Hi Chelsea, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Southern California, not far from Los Angeles, so creativity and hustle have always been in my DNA. Music was actually my first love (I’m a singer and songwriter) and that passion is what led me to start my very first business. Back in 2017, I launched Exposure Entertainment, a music marketing company, as a way to help artists promote their projects and get seen. It was my introduction to entrepreneurship and taught me the power of branding and marketing to transform visibility.

At the same time, I was working in corporate America, grinding 50+ hours a week, overworked and underpaid, building someone else’s dream. That experience taught me I was ready to create something that gave me both freedom and purpose.

Earlier this year, I transitioned out of corporate and leaned fully into entrepreneurship after having my first child. I founded Saasy Boss, a marketing agency and all-in-one platform built specifically for women entrepreneurs. My mission is to simplify marketing and give women the systems and confidence to grow their businesses without burning out. Through Saasy Boss, I help clients build professional websites and funnels, manage their social media, run paid ad campaigns, and even create and grow communities that keep their audiences engaged. Whether someone needs a strong online presence, a system to attract leads, or ongoing support with content and visibility, I provide the strategy and execution that allows them to step fully into the CEO role of their business.

But beyond the tools and services, what drives me is freedom…helping women step out of survival mode, leave behind jobs that drain them if that’s their goal, and build businesses that support the lives they want. Today, as a full-time entrepreneur, mom, and still a creative at heart, I get to design my days, pour into my clients, and build a legacy for my daughter.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most entrepreneurs, my journey has been full of detours, lessons, and moments where I questioned if I should keep going. When I first started, I was juggling a demanding corporate career while trying to build my business on the side. That meant late nights, early mornings, and sacrificing a lot of personal time just to keep things moving forward.

Money was another struggle. I went from a “stable” paycheck to inconsistent income, and that transition was scary. There were months where I wondered how I would make it work, but I believed in my vision enough to push through. On top of that, I had to figure everything out on my own at first, such as how to build a website, how to market myself, how to run ads, how to get clients. It was overwhelming.

Another challenge was mindset. After leaving corporate, I had to unlearn the idea that my worth was tied to a job. I battled imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and the pressure of being a new mom while building something from scratch. But those struggles became the foundation of my business. They’re the reason I built Saasy Boss the way I did….to simplify marketing and create systems that help other women avoid the burnout and confusion I went through.

We’ve been impressed with Saasy Boss Marketing Agency, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Saasy Boss is a marketing agency designed to help women entrepreneurs simplify their marketing, scale their businesses, and step fully into their CEO role. We specialize in building websites, funnels, managing social media, running paid ads, and creating communities that keep their audiences engaged and loyal. Whether a client needs a strong online presence, a system to consistently attract leads, or hands-on support to grow their visibility, we provide both the strategy and the done-for-you execution.

What sets us apart is that we don’t just offer services, we offer a complete ecosystem. Through our Saasy Boss CRM software and the CEO Club community, clients have access to the tools, systems, and support they need under one roof. No more piecing together five different platforms or trying to figure it all out alone. We make the process seamless.

I’m most proud that Saasy Boss represents empowerment and freedom for women. The “Boss Queen” energy behind my brand is about showing women they don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode or play small in their businesses. I want women to know they are powerful and capable of designing the life of their dreams. With the right systems (websites, funnels, automation, social media strategies, and community) marketing can completely transform not just their business, but their lifestyle. To me, marketing isn’t just about getting clients, it’s about building freedom and creating a business that supports the life you truly want.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
What I’d love readers to know is that entrepreneurship is a journey, not a straight line. It’s messy, it’s uncomfortable, and sometimes it feels scary…but it’s also the most rewarding thing you can do for yourself and your family. My hope is that women reading this remember they are powerful and capable of creating the life they imagine. With the right systems, strategy, and support, your business can transform your lifestyle and your freedom.
