Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Bright.
Hi Brandon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up an athlete who broke more bones than records. Rehabbing constant injuries taught me how fragile performance is, and how fast the right intervention can change a life. That curiosity took me into physical therapy/Sports Medicine and nearly a decade working with professional and Olympic athletes. It was a trial by fire: limited time, high stakes, results or you’re out.
I kept seeing the same patterns and wanted to go deeper into holistic medicine. So I went back to school, earning a Doctorate in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine and training in Functional Medicine. Since then I’ve layered in tools that let me work across systems: Applied Kinesiology (CRA, NET), Quantum Neurology, Bio Systems Integration, plus hypnotherapy and NLP for the mindset and autonomic side of healing.
My clinic blends East and West: labs and protocols when you need them; needles, lasers, body work, and mental/emotional work when your nervous system is the bottleneck. I treat complex cases like hypothyroid and Hashimoto’s, GERD/IBD/Crohn’s, oncology support, Parkinson’s/MS/ALS care and, increasingly, people who want to add healthy decades, not just years. Lately my focus is health optimization and longevity: improving metabolic flexibility, nervous-system resilience, and biomarkers of biological age.
My philosophy is blunt: results over dogma. Whatever gets you better safely, measurably, and sustainably is the right tool.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
School was certainly not smooth and easy. I was taking 40 units a semester. It was 14 hour days Mon-Friday and 10 hours a day Sat and Sun. Plus I had to work on top of that. So it left very little time and was fairly overwhelming.
Then you get licensed and are expected to have a full business degree on top of that learning marketing and business strategies to stay successful. Fitting in seminars where I could to increase my knowledge base.
Things are running fairly smoothly now, but it’s definitely been a long road of trial and error. There’s constantly new information and research to stay up on which is why I often spend over 10 hours listening to podcasts every week to stay relevant along with reading a lot of research. Medicine is a practice so as new things come out and you want to try them out to see how beneficial they can be it’s often a hit or miss. What might be life changing for one person, it may have no effect on another. So learning how to treat each person individually is always a challenge but it keeps it fun for me.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Holistic Approach?
