My journey in the nail industry began over 20 years ago, although at the time I never imagined it would become my life’s work. I initially enrolled in a manicure course simply to support a friend, without any expectations. However, during the training process, I became deeply drawn to the precision, aesthetics, and attention to detail involved in the craft — and I have remained in this profession ever since.

What began as a simple interest gradually evolved into a profession and ultimately a conscious career choice. Despite having two higher education degrees, nail artistry became the field where I was able to fully realize myself both creatively and professionally. I genuinely enjoy working with people, connecting with individuals from different cultures, and building meaningful relationships. Seeing the confidence and excitement in my clients when they see the results of my work continues to motivate and inspire me.

As I continued to invest in education and master advanced techniques, I found my specialization in Russian manicure and professional nail enhancements. After relocating to the United States, I rebuilt my career from the ground up, obtained my California license, and worked with a diverse clientele in West Hollywood.

Today, my focus is on providing high-end nail services while thoughtfully developing my personal brand. Looking ahead, my goals include education, mentorship, and creating a space where quality, professionalism, and genuine care for every client are always the priority.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Has my journey been easy? No. One of the main challenges was consistently standing up for the value of detailed, high-quality work in an industry that often prioritizes speed over craftsmanship. Staying true to my standards meant avoiding shortcuts and quick fixes.

Moving to the United States brought new challenges, including adapting to a new market, navigating licensing requirements, and rebuilding a client base from the ground up. Language was another hurdle, but working closely with clients in the U.S. has helped my English improve significantly.

Despite these challenges, each stage strengthened me and allowed me to build a career based on quality, trust, and professionalism rather than quick results.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that long-term success is built on consistency and standards, not speed or shortcuts. Staying true to quality — even when it takes more time — always leads to stronger trust, better results, and more meaningful relationships.

I’ve also learned that growth requires patience, continuous learning, and the willingness to evolve. Investing in education, communication, and personal development has been just as important as mastering technical skills. In the end, when you focus on doing your work with integrity and care, everything else follows.
