Today, she stands at the intersection of purpose and passion as a Life Transformation Strategist, #1 bestselling author, executive coach, entrepreneur, and creative visionary.
As the founder of five businesses—including Del Pozzo Jewelry and SOZO Heart, her healing candle and diffuser line inspired by medicinal-grade essential oils—Tanya merges soulful creativity with intentional design. Her handcrafted work inspires beauty, wellness, and legacy.
Tanya guides individuals and organizations through powerful shifts in mindset and performance as a certified ACC Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Licensed Academy Trainer (LAT) for the Academy for Coaching Excellence. Her coaching is rooted in compassion, intuition, deep training, and lived experience.
Tanya is also a fierce and devoted advocate for maternal mental health. After surviving her own harrowing battle with Postpartum Depression, she became certified and advanced certified through Postpartum Support International (PSI) in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders. Her journey led her to co-create and co-produce the groundbreaking documentary When the Bough Breaks, narrated and executive produced by Brooke Shields. The film has now been viewed in over 60 countries and translated into six languages—giving voice to women worldwide.
She has been featured in numerous publications, co-authored the “Today is the Day: Live It!”, “Absolute Vision “book and “Coach’s Tool Kit Vol. 3.” She is currently completing her powerful memoir, chronicling her path from severe PPD to surviving, healing, and finding her voice to help others heal.
In 2019, Tanya received the Flaunt It Award from “Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It” (DHIFI) for her advocacy in the Postpartum Depression space. But to Tanya, the real reward is witnessing others reclaim their light. She doesn’t just coach—she champions. She doesn’t just inspire—she transforms.
Whether leading a corporate workshop, connecting at a trunk show, or holding space for a woman in need, Tanya brings a rare combination of warmth, wisdom, and a humble spirit. Her mission is simple but profound: to help others awaken to their worth, ignite their purpose, and step boldly into the life they were meant to live. The time is now!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Anything but smooth, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Adopted at birth from an orphanage in England at six weeks old, and raised in Michigan with an English father and American mother. Tanya was fiercely loved but raised with an alcoholic father. He was a wonderful human, but alcohol was not his friend. Tanya learned at an early age to have her sights set on the future for her own freedom.
She moved to LA at 21 to become an actress and found herself with no money, so she had two waitressing jobs to survive. At 23, she became Miss Newport Beach and began modeling. She studied acting, but had to work as an extra to pay her bills. Eventually, she worked steadily in both acting, doing over 20 feature films, including “Family Man”, “Rush Hour 2”, “Red Dragon, X-Men-The Last Stand, “Skyline”, and modeling, all while being married to the love of her life.
She had her daughter at 43 and spiraled into very severe Postpartum Depression. What most people don’t realize is that there are actually nine levels of Perinatal Mood & Anxiety disorders, and Tanya had seven out of nine.
This was meant to be, as it changed the trajectory of her life. She had the foresight and co-created, with Jamielyn Lippman and Lindsey Gerszt, the documentary “When the Bough Breaks,” a film about Postpartum Depression, Executive Produced and narrated by Brooke Shields. It has been viewed in over 60 countries and six languages.
Tanya lost her corporate job in 2018 and then lost her mom. This loss spurned her creativity to make beauty and launched her jewelry brand, Del Pozzo Jewelry, as a full-time business. When Covid-19 hit, no one was buying jewelry, which led Tanya to become a certified coach. Her unwavering faith in God continues to inform her time here on earth.
Each set back leads to a new success. Life is always changing, you are not alone, and nothing is permanent. Never give up, the time is now!

How do you define success?
The Oxford dictionary defines success as “the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.” The Academy for Coaching Excellence, founded by Dr. Maria Nemeth, states that success is doing what you said you would do with clarity, focus, ease, and grace. Grace being the gateway to gratitude. Tanya loves this definition as it creates clarity and ease. Humans often mistake success for financial gain or significance. Success has many forms. For Tanya, being a successful mother, wife, entrepreneur, speaker, coach, jewelry designer, author, and candle maker is defined by choosing to be present in each moment. The time is now!
