Hi Sheevaun, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of the power of words, mindset, subtle energy and business. Early in my career, I noticed that traditional business growth formulas fell short if they didn’t account for the humanity and unique energy behind them. This realization led me to dive deep into understanding how mindset, health, and energy influence results—not just in business, but in life.

Over the years, I’ve worked with over 25,000 entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leaders, guiding them to unlock clarity, purpose, and always significant profitability while maintaining balance and well-being. I founded Energetic Solutions, Inc., a space where we combine practical business strategy with universal energetic principles, helping small businesses scale beyond hundreds of millions in revenue.

Along the way, I’ve written 16+ books and created transformational programs that simplify complex ideas into actionable insights. What drives me every day is seeing people break through their limitations, align with their true potential, and achieve extraordinary results—without sacrificing their health or happiness.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been a completely smooth road—and I wouldn’t change that. Every valley and difficult has been a lesson that shaped the way I approach business and life and fuels my desire to help others because I didn’t have that support. Early on, I faced the challenge of trying to balance traditional business strategies with the energetic, mindset-focused approach I believed in—many people didn’t “get it” at first, and it took persistence to prove that this combination could create real and lasting upward trending oriented results.

There were also times of intense stress and financial uncertainty, moments where I had to trust my intuition and keep moving forward even when the path wasn’t clear. But each challenge pushed me to connect to source and look for the solution no matter what. My vision has been driven by service and helping people relieve pain in all areas of their life. Each hurdle has been the stepping stones that helped me create a framework that truly empowers entrepreneurs to succeed with ease, energy, and clarity.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
If I could give advice to someone just starting out, it would be this: learn who you are and who you are not, learn to sell with empathy and sincerity, get a mentor, stay true to the inner vision and if you don’t have one then get someone to guide you to having one because this is freeing, work on your money issues and be patiently impatient with your journey. It’s easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to others or trying to follow someone else’s blueprint, but the real magic happens when you align with what feels authentic to you.

One thing I wish I knew when I was starting out is that success isn’t just about hard work—it’s about clarity, alignment, and taking action from a place of energy and focus, not exhaustion. If you can cultivate that mindset early on, you’ll not only move faster toward your goals, but you’ll also enjoy the journey and stay resilient through the challenges.
