Today we’d like to introduce you to Sharon Wang.
Hi Sharon, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
When I started my business, I envisioned a firm that would help business leaders solve operational problems, and simultaneously, train those less experienced. I also strongly believed that businesses are conduits within community at the local and global level. Community starts local, but given I am an immigrant with the privilege of having worked in international business, I know community is also found across city, county, state and national borders.
I want to share what I’ve learned and nurture friendships old and new through “doing good business.”
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Small business life is a roller coaster, but it is where I can make the most impact in the most positive way.
Every year is different. Every quarter is different.

Pragmatic Strategy Co is a boutique management consulting firm that helps business leaders design strategy and then execute operationally. PSC brings your big business ideas come to life
What I’m doing is building this business and this idea that a professional services businesses can still be a place where professionals learn and grow their skills and person.
I believe in human-first, technologically-empowered operations. I believe in being audacious, pragmatically. I believe in exceeding expectations within real-world contexts.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Resilience. Understanding that perfection was never the goal because, if it was, then there’s no room for growth. To have the space to grow, one isn’t perfect, but instead, always striving to improve.
