It has been a long learning path since coming from another country experiencing culture shock and language it took me time to get to where I am now, first at 17 I became a mother and at 25 I already had 4 children working long hours in factories and different workplaces, I recognized that without education I could not make changes, I enrolled in continuing education and at 30 I graduated from high school, and from there I continued in school finishing units to continue working in the school district as a teacher’s assistant, at the same time I took classes to be a tax preparer and did work at home. My job is one of continuous learning and growth, as to continue as a tax preparer I have to renew my certifications with federal and state exams.
