Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebecca Sadler.

Hi Rebecca, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I earned my BSN in 2012 and started my career in labor and delivery, where I spent years caring for women through some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. That experience taught me compassion, precision, and the importance of always leading with integrity . Those values that still guide me every single day.

Over time, I realized my passion was evolving. I wanted to create something that combined my medical background with my love for artistry and human connection. That’s how Sōl Aesthetics & Wellness came to life. I wanted a space where people could feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their own skin.

At Sōl, my focus is always on natural, ethical, and results-driven treatments. I believe in enhancing your unique features, not changing them, and creating personalized plans that make sense for your goals. Everyone’s journey is different, and I want each person who walks through my door to feel valued and heard.

For me, this work isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about confidence, trust, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves. And as I always like to say “it’s the Sōl Touch.”

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. Being a first-time business owner has definitely had its challenges. I’ve learned a lot along the way and, of course, made some mistakes. There have been moments of self-doubt and imposter syndrome, especially trying to juggle so many things at once.

I decided to open my business the same time I went back to school to get my master’s and become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Managing everything hasn’t been easy, but it’s taught me so much about myself. Even in my hardest seasons, I’ve stayed focused, kept pushing forward, and learned to trust the process. Looking back, every challenge has helped me grow into a stronger and more resilient version of myself. That’s something I’m really proud of.

Sōl Aesthetics & Wellness isn’t your typical “burn and turn” medspa. I take pride in offering specialized, personalized care where every patient feels seen, heard, and valued. It’s never been about numbers for me. It’s about making sure each person who walks through my doors leaves feeling confident, cared for, and happy with their results.

When someone steps into Sōl, I want them to feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I’ve heard so many stories from patients who’ve gone to other medspas and felt rushed, unheard, or treated like just another appointment on the schedule. That breaks my heart because it shouldn’t be that way.

What makes Sōl different is the experience. I take the time to listen, educate, and create customized treatment plans that fit each person’s unique goals. I focus on natural, ethical, and long-lasting results that enhance what makes you beautiful, not change it.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built with my patients. My goal has always been to create a space that feels warm, elevated, and rooted in integrity. That’s the heart of The Sōl Touch. ✨

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I prefer not to answer this question. But somethings i would like people to know about me…

At the end of the day, I’m just a regular shmegular girl, like Cardi B said. I love a good rom-com, I live for an iced vanilla oat milk latte, and I don’t take myself too seriously. I love to laugh and make people around me feel comfortable and at ease.

Outside of the medspa, I have the biggest sweet tooth and will never say no to pan dulce. My dream one day is to swim with a killer whale in the ocean…definitely on my bucket list.

I think that balance between being a little unserious, grounded, and passionate about what I do is what keeps me connected to people. Whether I’m treating a patient or cracking a joke, I just want everyone around me to feel good, confident, and seen.
