Hi Nikoloz, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today. 
My professional journey began as a paralegal at the DLA Piper law firm while pursuing my studies in law, culminating in a degree specializing in comparative and EU law. However, my focus has consistently been in corporate law, marking the inception of my venture into the business realm. Progressing through managerial roles across diverse industrial sectors, notably in gold mining and energy, I’ve maintained a steadfast commitment to advocating for green and sustainable energy practices. This commitment led me to spearhead projects in wind and solar electricity, fueling my enthusiasm for environmental preservation and sustainability. At the same time, I’ve always enjoyed the sport of racing and anything related to automobiles as a hobby. It was through this blend of passions that I found myself immersed in the Electric Vehicle industry, blending the best of both worlds. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Every journey toward success has its challenges, and the toughest hurdle is often initiating change. This involves personal growth, adapting to shifts in the industry, and even setting new trends. In my field, which is still emerging, it’s crucial for people to grasp the importance of technology and environmental conservation. Striking a balance between economic progress and environmental awareness adds an extra layer of complexity to the task.

At the moment, my primary focus lies in investing in innovative concepts and exploring fresh solutions for clean energy and related technologies. Owlet Bikes represents a prime example of this pursuit, striking an ideal balance between eco-friendliness and stylish design. This innovative electric bike not only addresses air pollution concerns but also offers practicality and comfort, serving as an exciting solution to everyday transportation needs. 

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Risk plays a significant role in business endeavors, and I often embrace it. While higher risks can lead to greater rewards, it’s essential that they remain reasonable and manageable. Both of my cleantech startups are inherently risky investments, but it’s this willingness to take calculated risks that makes business so thrilling.
