Today we’d like to introduce you to Liz VanZandt.

Hi Liz, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Hi! I’m Liz, founder of LiveJubi, a company dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their senses so they can reclaim their intuition, ancestral wisdom, and experience joy on demand through intuitive energy healing, coursework, and workshops.
Energy is a language I was born speaking. As a child, I would interact with dimensions that most people weren’t even aware of — and to be honest, it was a bit terrifying at times.

I grew up in the 90s, so it’s not like I could Google what I was experiencing or find a book about it in the school library (and if I’m being honest, I still don’t fully understand the Dewey Decimal System).

When I was in fifth grade, I received a profound vision — almost like a memory — that one day I’d be leading people back to themselves. At the time, I had no idea what that meant. It turns out, it meant learning to fully embrace my intuitive abilities, studying and practicing my work around the world, and building a life that revolves around joy, nourishment, and deep remembrance.

It is important to mention that even though this vision came through while listening to the Backstreet Boys, it became the foundation for everything I do today through LiveJubi.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The power of hindsight means you can always look back and see the reason behind each move and decision—but when you’re in the moment, OMG, it’s a wild ride (with a lot of crying along the way). When I decided to open my healing practice, LiveJubi, in 2020, I was fueled solely by a profound calling and the knowing that doing anything else would be an act of self-betrayal.

I had just moved from Australia with no website, no business cards, no clients, no friends, and very little money. After being laid off due to COVID, I suddenly had nothing but time—a very scary thing when you’re finally betting on yourself and your vision. My intuition was the only thing guiding me, so every day I’d show up at a café near my house to journal, talk to people, and basically razzle-dazzle. I guess the razzle-dazzle worked, because soon people started coming up to me saying they’d heard me talking or just felt drawn to my energy. They began asking for sessions and workshops. I built my practice from zero clients and no website to a thriving referral-based business.

Since then, I’ve worked with celebrities, terminally ill patients, people who have never received any form of healing, and everyone in between. It was terrifying in the beginning—I was playing credit card roulette to pay for my website, food, and necessary materials—but every trust fall led me closer to where I am today.

All of those leaps of faith eventually led me to expand LiveJubi, to Los Angeles, Guatemala, Naples, and beyond.
Every step of my journey has deepened my desire to guide people into remembering and reclaiming their intuition, joy, and agency. Along the way, I have learned that surrender and trust are the strongest forms of action—to really trust where you’re being led, even when every part of you is terrified. If the energy is guiding you to a new edge, you will always be supported, even if it’s as simple as a stranger buying you coffee and a croissant. In the beginning, my entire practice ran on croissants..

LiveJubi is a company dedicated to helping individuals remember and reclaim their intuition, generational wisdom, and ability to experience joy on demand. We do this through intuitive energy healing, courses, workshops, and in-person events — all guided by the technology of the senses.

This is not a space for spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity. Here, joy is anchored in truth, wisdom is felt in the body, and every offering is rooted in deep remembering.

I am equal parts energy healer, intuitive, and pragmatic scientist. I see and feel the world differently–which allows me to create radical solutions to problems others haven’t even defined.

As an intuitive, I hear and feel how your senses, energy, and inner knowing communicate with you — a skill I’ve been refining my entire life. As a human, I’m grounded in how neuroscience and research inform the ethereal. It may seem counterintuitive, but I’ve learned that with structure comes fluidity.

The more you recognize that this wisdom already lives inside you, the more you can show up for yourself, your community, and the world — creating change centered on abundance and nourishment, rather than consumption and competition.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
I love the podcast Know Thyself and can’t wait to be invited on as a guest (wink). I recently started rollerblading again, and it’s allowed me to tap back into the joy and freedom I felt as a kid — blade life, baby.
