Hi Janelle & India, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The women behind the bounce houses and balloons are two mothers who share a passion for creating magical moments for children and families.

Our journey began with a serendipitous encounter at a birthday party, where we were struck by an outdated and worn-out bounce house that seemingly hadn’t had a facelift since the beginning of time. That moment sparked an idea, and together, we embarked on an adventure to redefine the bounce house industry, making it modern and aesthetically pleasing.

Our professional backgrounds couldn’t be more diverse, but our desire to create something innovative brought us together. Janelle is a tech-savvy entrepreneur with a flair for creativity and an eye for aesthetics. India, on the other hand, is a customer service expert with a great understanding of children.

With relentless dedication and hard work, we founded our company, “Bounce On Three,” where we meticulously curate a collection of modern bounce houses available for rent. We are continuously innovating and expanding our offerings to keep up with the latest trends and deliver the most exceptional experience possible and hope to expand into modern water play. We have organically built our customer base through social media and word of mouth and are constantly brainstorming on ways to keep growing.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We both chuckled when reading the question on if it has been a smooth road…when we first started our company, we combined had zero experience with inflatables. Logistically speaking, there was a lot to be figured out: new systems, safety testing, manufacturer visits, transporting our inventory around town, essentially the whole “how” behind our business.

Our first Summer was quite a learning curve. We made our very first delivery using a rented truck and an old door as a ramp. It was definitely a grassroots operation. Luckily, as friends before business partners, we’ve always had great communication. We understand each other’s strengths and find it easy to build on one another’s skill sets. We mutually agree to try everything at least once before outsourcing the work. By getting our hands dirty, we’ve learned the inner workings of our business and steadily have perfected our craft.

Now our operation feels second nature.
