Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabe Tabari.
Hi Gabe, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When I was working with small businesses and eCommerce startups in Los Angeles, I kept seeing the same problem — professional studios were too expensive, and freelancers weren’t always set up to meet the needs of a growing brand.
That’s what pushed me to create a studio that bridged that gap. I wanted ProShot Media to combine the polish of a high end studio with the flexibility and transparency that small and mid sized brands need. We focused on clear pricing, fast turnaround times, and no hidden fees or complicated licensing.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Yes, for the most part it has been smooth because I was always cautious and trusted incremental improvement. Of course, there are always challenges along the way, but I never got to the point of doubting the business model.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
ProShot Media is a Los Angeles based product photography studio that helps brands showcase their products with high quality, professional visuals. We specialize in eCommerce photography, creative product shots, and short form product videos for websites, ads, and social media. Our work is all about helping businesses look polished, consistent, and trustworthy online.
What really sets us apart is how we approach projects from the client’s point of view. We know what it’s like to run a business, so we built our services to be clear, affordable, and flexible. All of our pricing, process, and portfolio are laid out on our website to make things as transparent as possible. There are no hidden fees, no confusing contracts, and no usage restrictions — once we deliver the photos, they belong entirely to the client.
We’re most proud of helping small and mid sized brands look just as professional as the big names. Every project is a chance to take something simple and make it look incredible, whether it’s a skincare line, apparel collection, or tech product. We’ve also built a reputation for being detail oriented, especially when it comes to color accuracy, textures, and how products actually appear in real life.
For anyone reading this, the main thing to know about ProShot Media is that we care about both the creative and the business side. We’re not just taking photos — we’re helping brands grow through visuals that connect. Whether you’re based in Los Angeles or anywhere else, we make it easy to get studio quality images that elevate your brand without the usual barriers.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Product photography and eCommerce content are changing fast, and I think the next 5 to 10 years will be even more dynamic. AI and automation will definitely play a bigger role — not to replace creativity, but to speed up parts of the process like editing, background cleanup, and even pre visualization. That means brands will be able to produce high quality visuals faster and more consistently than ever before.
At the same time, I think authenticity will matter more than perfection. Consumers are getting really good at spotting overproduced or overly edited images. The brands that stand out will be the ones that show real texture, true color, and personality in their visuals. It’s going to be less about chasing trends and more about creating honest, cohesive visuals that build trust.
I also see a shift toward more video and motion based content. Short form videos, product demos, and lifestyle clips are becoming just as important as still photos. That’s why at ProShot Media, we’re expanding beyond photography to offer creative video content that helps brands tell their story across every platform.
Overall, the industry is moving toward faster, smarter, and more authentic content creation — and that’s exactly where we want to be. Los Angeles will stay a major creative hub for that growth, and we’re excited to be part of it.
