Hi Eddie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey started without investors or a safety net — just a vision to create businesses that solved real problems. In the early days, I worked across healthcare, staffing, and marketing in Los Angeles and Orange County, often learning by trial and error. I faced setbacks, lost clients, and had moments where I wasn’t sure I could keep going.

Those experiences became the foundation for Omnis Solutions, an umbrella company based in Southern California that brings everything under one roof. Most businesses don’t just need one service — they need a partner who understands how digital marketing, staffing, recruiting, HR consulting, and IT automation all work together. That’s why Omnis Solutions includes divisions like Ditans Group (SEO, social media, ads, and content creation), Healthcare Staffing Solutions (recruiting and HR), and Mark87 (IT and automation).

It wasn’t one lucky break that got me here, but years of persistence and learning. Today, through Omnis Solutions, we help businesses in Los Angeles, Orange County, and across California avoid the same pitfalls and build long-term systems for growth.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been smooth. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced challenges that tested my resilience. Before Omnis Solutions, there were times when cash flow was tight, clients left without warning, and I had to take ownership of mistakes that came up in projects. Those moments taught me accountability and pushed me to grow.

Another big hurdle was earning trust. Convincing healthcare facilities, dental practices, and small businesses in Los Angeles to take a chance on me wasn’t easy. I had to keep knocking on doors, hearing “no,” and proving that Omnis Solutions could deliver results in areas like SEO, staffing, and business operations.

Even after we started gaining traction, challenges around hiring, adapting to new technology, and scaling across multiple industries forced us to evolve constantly. Those struggles shaped Omnis Solutions into a company that is resourceful, transparent, and built to thrive in a competitive California business market.

Omnis Solutions is an umbrella company that brings all of our services together in one place. Instead of businesses having to juggle multiple vendors, we built Omnis Solutions so they could have a single partner that covers everything — from digital marketing and staffing to healthcare billing and IT automation.

Through our different divisions, we provide:

Ditans Group – SEO, social media, paid ads, and digital content creation.

Healthcare Staffing Solutions – recruiting and HR consulting for healthcare and dental practices.

Lighthouse Dental Solutions – billing, claims management, and insurance verification for dental offices.

Mark87 – IT and automation tools, including call tracking, AI transcription, and custom software development.

What we’re known for is being hands-on and adaptable. Both Jason and I have spent years actually running healthcare facilities, working with dental offices, and building marketing campaigns from scratch. We don’t just consult from the outside — we know what it feels like to be in the operator’s seat. That experience allows us to anticipate issues and deliver solutions that are practical, not just theoretical.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the fact that Omnis Solutions has become synonymous with resilience and problem-solving. Whether it’s helping a senior care center stay compliant with regulations, boosting patient flow for a dental office, or streamlining hiring for a staffing agency, our team takes pride in solving problems that actually move the needle.

My partner, Jason Lee, is a big part of what sets us apart. Where I tend to focus on business psychology, strategy, and growth, Jason brings a strong operational and technical perspective. That balance allows Omnis Solutions to stay innovative while also being grounded in systems that actually work.

If there’s one takeaway I’d want readers to know, it’s that Omnis Solutions isn’t just another service provider — we’re a long-term partner. We built this company to grow with our clients, giving them the structure, marketing, and technology they need to thrive at every stage.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The industries we serve — marketing, healthcare staffing, and billing — are all moving in the same direction: integration and automation. Over the next 5–10 years, I believe businesses are going to rely less on fragmented vendors and more on umbrella companies like Omnis Solutions that can give them connected solutions.

One of the biggest shifts we’re already seeing is how AI is transforming marketing and operations. From SEO to social media to billing workflows, artificial intelligence is reshaping the way businesses interact with customers and manage their back offices. At Omnis Solutions, we’ve already started developing AI-driven tools for call tracking, review management, and even insurance verification — because we know those innovations will soon become the standard, not the exception.

In healthcare and dental especially, compliance and efficiency will remain huge challenges. That’s why we believe the future belongs to companies that can bridge technology, staffing, and marketing under one roof. Practices and facilities don’t have time to manage five different service providers; they want one trusted partner who can help them grow while staying compliant.

This is where my partner Jason Lee and I see our industry heading. Jason brings a strong technology and operations lens, and he’s constantly studying how automation and data systems will change the way businesses function. Together, we’re positioning Omnis Solutions to not just react to industry trends, but to actively shape them.

In 5–10 years, I think people will look back and see this period as a turning point — the time when AI, automation, and integrated services became the new foundation for how businesses scale. And I want Omnis Solutions to be at the forefront of that shift.
