Hi Caroline, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story is one of resilience, reinvention, and commitment to excellence. I was born into a family of entrepreneurs who built a company from the ground up, from the family garage to eventually being traded on the New York Stock Exchange. I began my own journey in fashion, creating a brand called “Beau & Eros” that was featured in every exclusive boutique and high-end retail store. I developed skills in navigating complex contracts and fostering strong international relationships. I positioned my way into some of the most sought after department stores & magazines out there today. These lessons in negotiation and understanding business needs seamlessly transitioned into my commercial real estate career. I feel I have a unique ability to see potential in empty spaces, coupled with my deal-making abilities, I was able to establish myself as a trusted Commercial Real Estate Agent. I always start with a deep commitment to offering best-in-class service to all my clients, with a creative marketing approach that elevates every deal. I started with turning fabric into fashion, I now transform vacant storefronts into thriving businesses.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not a smooth road;-)…Commercial Real Estate can be a “dog eat dog world”. Expecting fair and ethical behavior from others can been challenging. Whether it be a dishonest broker or a landlord that refuses to pay….examples like these are rampant in the industry. You have to learn strategize, be aware of your mindset and paycheck! On the bright side, new challenges bring wisdom.
