Today we’d like to introduce you to Aloni Ford.
Hi Aloni, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has really been a blend of creativity, courage, and community. I started in the entertainment world, learning early on how powerful storytelling and memorable experiences can be. Over time, I realized my real gift was bringing people together — especially women — in spaces where they could feel inspired, seen, and energized.
As my career grew, so did my love for the water. Boating became my sanctuary and eventually my stage. I combined my passion for entertainment with my passion for empowerment and created experiences that felt luxurious, healing, and transformative — everything from yacht yoga to curated conversations with powerful, purpose-driven women.
Today, I work as an entertainment executive, a creator, and a connector, building platforms that highlight women’s voices while elevating lifestyle and wellness on the water. It’s been an unexpected path, but every step has prepared me to lead with confidence, intention, and a little bit of yacht-glamour.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — but the challenges have shaped me into the leader I am today. Working in entertainment and stepping into the boating world meant entering industries that are traditionally male-dominated. I’ve had moments where my voice was underestimated, where my ideas were second-guessed, and where I had to work twice as hard just to be taken seriously.
But every obstacle pushed me to sharpen my vision and stand stronger in who I am. Instead of shrinking, I chose to show up boldly — as a woman, as an executive, and as someone determined to create new lanes instead of waiting to be let into old ones.
The struggles taught me resilience, taught me how to command a room, and taught me the power of trusting my own instincts. They also fueled my passion for women’s empowerment, because I know firsthand how important it is for women to see other women leading confidently in spaces where we haven’t always been welcomed.
So no, the road hasn’t been smooth — but the bumps built my backbone.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Yacht Yoga @ Naos Yachts in Marina Del Rey?
My business is all about creating elevated, intentional spaces for women — and Yacht Yoga is at the heart of that mission. I host curated wellness experiences on a yacht, giving women a safe, luxurious, and empowering environment to breathe, release, connect, and reset. It’s more than yoga on the water — it’s community, healing, and visibility for women who deserve to take up space.
I specialize in blending wellness with lifestyle and entertainment, so every experience feels like a retreat and an event at the same time. What sets me apart is the intention behind it: everything I do is designed to uplift women, remind them of their power, and introduce them to new environments they may have never pictured themselves in. Being on the water changes you — it opens you up, grounds you, and inspires you — and I love being the bridge that brings women into that world.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of creating a platform where women can show up exactly as they are. No pressure, no competition, no judgment — just a safe floating sanctuary where we stretch, laugh, heal, and connect.
Whether it’s Yacht Yoga, curated conversations, private events, or women’s empowerment experiences, my offerings all share the same mission: to create unforgettable moments that uplift, unite, and empower women through luxury, wellness, and the magic of the water.
