Daily Inspiration: Meet Stephanie Ann

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Ann

Hi Stephanie , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It started when I became a single mother when my child was 5. I was working double shifts at my regular job to pay my bills and had less freedom and time, to spend with my little one. I knew that I had to do something, that I was passionate about, along with something that would help bring out my creative side, and give me more freedom and empower myself to be the strong role model I wanted my child to look up to. I was a stylist for many years, in the Los Angeles area and have a love of working with customers and listening to what they want to wear along with giving them the confidence they wanted. I am passionate about Crate N’ Click for I get to listen to my customers and get to contact buyers and add all different items to the site and believe that this personaliztion, is what sets us a part from the competition and create a style profile and bond with my customers

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Obstacles have been issues with shipping after Covid, items becoming out of stock, and buying inventory that didn’t launch off the way we expected. What is important, is that we took all of this and turned it into a learning experience and came out stronger.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What sets us Crate N’ Click.com apart from the competition, is our communication and passion we have for our customers. We reach out and listen to feedback about what products our customers want to see. We then can contact buyers and add those items, according to our customers’ style profile. We believe that this close partnership is a quality that we value and hope to create long relationships.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love Los Angeles for the beautiful weather, the diversity, and the deep imbedded culture that has been apart of my upbringing and memories here. The least would be the traffic, but the good outweighs the bad for sure.
