Hi Prada, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started in Detroit and moved here seven years ago. The journey wasn’t easy—it took a lot of failure, growth, and resilience. I kept trying, learning from every setback, and pushing forward. I’ve worn many hats in the industry—manager, A&R, label assistant—but through it all, I found my way back to being an artist. This journey has been about rediscovering my purpose and rebuilding my life, and now, I use my story to inspire others who are chasing their dreams despite the obstacles.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has been anything but smooth. Moving from Detroit, I had to start from scratch—no safety net, just a vision and the drive to make it happen. I’ve faced financial hardships, industry setbacks, and moments where I questioned everything. There were times when doors closed, opportunities slipped away, and I had to pivot—whether it was managing artists, working as an A&R, or being a label assistant. Each experience taught me something valuable, but it wasn’t until I returned to being an artist that I truly felt aligned with my purpose. The struggles weren’t easy, but they built the resilience and perspective I have today.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My work exists at the intersection of music, AI, and visual storytelling. As an artist, producer, and creative director, I specialize in blending traditional artistry with emerging AI technology to craft immersive experiences. Alongside Jxst Jones, I use AI programs like Runway, Weights, OpenAI, and Flux to push the boundaries of music, film, and multimedia storytelling.
What sets me apart is the hands-on approach I take—every song is written, produced, mixed, and mastered by me, serving as the foundation for the AI-generated visuals we direct, write, and edit ourselves. This level of autonomy allows for a seamless fusion of human creativity and AI, resulting in projects that are deeply personal yet innovative.
I’m most proud of our ability to bypass traditional industry gatekeepers, proving that artists can create and distribute groundbreaking work on their own terms. Whether it’s AI-driven movie reviews, sketch comedy, or building entirely new digital worlds, our goal is to inspire the next generation of creatives to embrace technology while staying true to their artistic vision. We’re not just using AI—we’re redefining how art and technology coexist.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Being able to be your own boss. Control your destiny. Nobody taking your voice away, being able to speak, live , and share your truth.
