Hi Manya, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Hello
My name is Manya Nofal and I’m a sustainable jewelery designer who developed an appreciation of art from my family at an early age, always saw the world in bright colors and possibilities. However, i focused on my academics and graduated college with BS in computer science.
While caring for my first-born son, i allowed myself to let go and embrace the art i loved so long ago. I started to collect odds and ends at art stores and slowly my art pieces started coming together.
Started to put time and love to each and every piece . Having no formal education in art, i started to create and design as my heart directs me.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It was a struggle trying to maintain a balance between raising my kids and taking care of my family and my love and passion for art, fashion and design.
Specially when both needs full attention and focus.

Art and Fashion always been my biggest passion. I love doing art every day which makes me feel who I am.
It’s all about details, the most important factor in my design is the smallest detail, and that what makes things unique and exceptional
I always look for the most interesting, unexpected materials to start my new project, that means having a unique perspective on materials that may seem dull to the average eye.
I am always contemplating on how to repurpose materials that are neglected but still possess beauty and great quality.
