Daily Inspiration: Meet Kelly Sweet

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelly Sweet.

Hi Kelly, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
For years, I never fit in anywhere I went. I had low self-confidence, the majority of my life. My testimony of pain, rejection, healing, and growth brought to my passion to coach women. When I finally learned to put my faith into action, I combined it with powerful life coaching strategies that changed my life forever.

I was not only able to master my self-confidence but I was blessed and gifted to coach and inspired others to do the same. I wrote a book about self-confidence called “I’ve Got Jewels! A Holistic Approach to Self-confidence. Now I use my experience and jewels I learned to make a difference in the lives of others.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, the road to healing, overcoming obstacles, and success has not been smooth for me. I have had many barriers to overcome with juggling work, family, brand building, and furthering my education. I had to learn to believe in myself and ignite the power within. However, I am always growing and becoming a better version of myself daily.

I am a life coach, inspirational speaker, and author, and songwriter. I specialize in helping people overcome barriers to living their purpose. I am known for helping people build and maintain their self-confidence. I am proud and privileged to have the opportunity to help other people feel good about themselves and meet their goals through my programs, writing, and speaking.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is writing songs and singing with my cousins at my grandmothers’ house.
