Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan Francisco Morales Jr

Hi Juan Francisco , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Juan Francisco Morales Jr.
My father (Juan F Morales SR.) was apart of BANDA PACHUCO as the lead singer for a moment in time. He wrote one of their biggest hits “El Diario de MI Vida” … therefore music has always been in my blood since before I was born.

I’ve always been into making music since high school. The first track I made was with my boy Kirby when I was in the 11th grade. I always credit him for helping me start my music career. But it wasn’t until 2018-2019 where I found my voice as an artist, I knew I would be wanting to do this art thing for a while. In 2020 I released my first project on streaming platforms “Nothing Subtle About It”, it was my first taste of what releasing music officially felt like and I was hooked. Through 2020-2023 I would drop an occasional single here and there, but it wasn’t till 2024 that I really started taking myself and my art more seriously. I dropped multiple singles and i dropped an EP (blues & interludes).

Art is all I want to do. Art is the vehicle that gets me through my day.

Now we are in 2025.
Im 25 now, my frontal lobe is fully developed, and the vision and intention is more clear now.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Hell nah.

Other than life shit (divorced parents, being low income and toxic relationships)

My biggest obstacle is getting people to pay attention to the dope shit that I do. I feel like I have so much to offer yet little to no one listens.

I’m trying to be great ¡!

This art thing takes up my whole life, i am consumed by it. Therefore I just got to keep going, i got to keep doing.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I work for Homemade Merch. We are a merchandise company that specializes in producing merch for touring acts (podcasters, comedians, musicians, etc). I am apart of the production team, and I help oversee that all of our projects are completed efficiently and in a timely matter.

I am most proud of the network that I have built here at my job. A lot of my coworkers are into cool things outside of work. One friend is seamster, the other is in two heavy metal rock bands, another coworker is a graphic designer.

It’s a working environment that breads creativity.

Slowly I’m figuring out how we can collaborate on something.

It’s all timing.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I have a clothing brand.

It’s called DO MORE ART.

I find that when I’m in a rut/feeling down … I always feel better when I’m creating more ART.

Everybody has there own art (cooking, making music, landscaping, cleaning).

If everyone did more of their art, we would all be in a better place!
