Daily Inspiration: Meet Giulianna McKinney

Today we’d like to introduce you to Giulianna McKinney.

Hi Giulianna, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a new mom at a very young age. I gave birth at the age of 18 and I’m also pursuing to be a successful realtor. I got my license as soon as I graduated high school and I was pregnant at the same time; now I am here building my real estate career and expanding my business and even doing what I’m mostly passionate about which is fitness and teaching others about how to reach their fitness goals. I’m always Open to new things I even started to try UGC content creation and so far it is very slow moving but I’ve gotten a couple of deals and hopefully, this goes a long way!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the big challenges as I mentioned in the last page, is being such a young mom and trying to balance the come up of my businesses while prioritizing my kid even being responsible for another human being at this age was very difficult but knowing myself I know how strong I am and I know how much I love my son and that’s why I work so hard for everything that I have accomplished so far.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a real estate agent in the DMV area. I got my license as soon as I graduate it and I worry that’s hard as I can to try and build my business and while I was building my business and real estate, I also continued my true passion and personal training which I am very proud of because I made sure to have some time for myself and the things I love as well aside from being a mom and a realtor.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Risk-taking is one of the things specialize in. My past few years all I’ve done is risk taking, investing in myself just so I can get where I want to be. I think sometimes it’s good to take risks and that you should do it for your own good because you only live this life once.

Pricing:

• For personal training, I charge 60 for the hour
• UGC content, I charge between $200-$500 per video
